High level service
I have rented car only for 3 days in Barcelona airport. Everything was easy, clear and fast. The best service, perfect people and new car. Deposit was returned immediately. Thank you for high level service

Cars was really not good condition
Cars was really not good condition! Also after return, normal cleaning was charged additionally! I don’t recommend this company to anybody.

Direct, fast and reliable, deposit back the same day
Direct, fast and reliable, not to mention best price that was available at the time. The car was reliable and sound. Had 0 problems. Upon returning the car the deposit was bank in my bank account the same day.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, they will try to take extra money from you one way or another. In my case they made up a fee that's not covered by the insurance when a "Surprise dent" appeared on the car.
Most of the goods reviews are bots. Do not trust this company also do not book with Discover Cars, if you have a problem they will side with the company not the client.

You rented a 7-seater vehicle with an automatic opening of the trunk door. You contacted us because couldn't lock the trunk and an employee came to your location and replaced the lock. The mechanic indicated that the lock was mechanically broken, possibly from some blow. The vehicle was used to move a wheelchair for which the vehicle is not prepared and perhaps a blow with the chair or suitcases damaged the lock. Only the replacement of the lock has been charged. On the other hand, the threats made to our employees have forced us to file a complaint with the Spanish police, which you will hear from.

There are several positives to highlight. My flight arrived late at VLC airport and they sent the car to the airport straight the way.
I found there was a long scratch on the car but I didn't realize it at VLC when handing over to me. They treated fairly with this and found out the scratch had been there before my procession of the car.
They returned the deposit right at the time I return the car.
All positive !!!!!
