Pick up of the car was very easy and fast. We rented a Fiat 500 which was in perfect condition. The guy who helped us was very kind. Also returning the car was very easy.

The worst experience of the entire vacation
Absolutely tragic behavior after the end of the rental, no one took the car on the spot, the end of the rental was at 10:00, the branch was supposed to open at 9:30, no one was there and no one answered the phone. The car was returned to the same place where it was picked up. 150e was deducted from my deposit for bad parking, according to the fine at 3:47 p.m., so 6 hours after I returned the vehicle. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR RESTAURANT, their behavior borders on fraud, they only want to rip off tourists. Nevermore !!
Совершенно трагическое поведение после окончания аренды, машину на месте никто не забрал, окончание аренды было в 10:00, отделение должно было открыться в 9:30, никого не было и никто не ответил Телефон. Машину вернули в то же место, где забрали. 150 е были вычтены из моего депозита за плохую парковку, согласно штрафу в 15:47, то есть через 6 часов после того, как я вернул машину. НАСТОЯТЕЛЬНО НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТОТ АВТОРЕСТОРАН, их поведение граничит с мошенничеством, хотят только ободрать туристов. Никогда!!
Absolut tragisches Verhalten nach Mietende, niemand hat das Auto vor Ort übernommen, Mietende war um 10:00 Uhr, die Filiale sollte um 9:30 Uhr öffnen, niemand war da und niemand hat sich gemeldet Telefon. Das Auto wurde an der gleichen Stelle zurückgegeben, an der es abgeholt wurde. 150e wurden von meiner Kaution wegen Falschparkens abgezogen, laut Bußgeld um 15:47 Uhr, also 6 Stunden nachdem ich das Fahrzeug zurückgegeben hatte. ICH EMPFEHLE DIESES AUTORESTAURANT DRINGEND NICHT, ihr Verhalten grenzt an Betrug, sie wollen nur Touristen abzocken. Nie mehr !!
Comportamiento absolutamente trágico después del final del alquiler, nadie tomó el auto en el lugar, el final del alquiler fue a las 10:00, se suponía que la sucursal abría a las 9:30, nadie estaba allí y nadie respondió al teléfono. El auto fue devuelto al mismo lugar donde fue recogido. De mi fianza me descontaron 150e por mal aparcamiento, según la multa a las 15:47, por lo que 6 horas después devolví el vehículo. NO RECOMIENDO FUERTEMENTE ESTE RESTAURANTE DE AUTOMÓVILES, su comportamiento roza el fraude, solo quieren estafar a los turistas. ¡¡Nunca más!!
Naprosto tragické chování po skončení pronájmu, auto na místě nikdo nepřebral, ukončení nájmu bylo v 10:00, pobočka měla otvírat v 9:30, na místě nikdo nebyl a telefon nikdo nezvedal. Auto bylo vráceno na to samé místo kde bylo vyzvednuto. S kauce mi bylo strženo 150e za špatné parkovaní, podle pokuty v 15:47 hodin, takže 6 hodin po té co jsem vozidlo vrátil. SILNĚ NEDOPORUČIJI TUTO AUTOPŮČOVNU, jejich chování hraničí s podvodem, chtěji pouze okrádat turisty. Už nikdy více !!

Efectivamente la policia multó el vehículo por haberlo dejado mal aparcado, en una zona claramente señalizada como prohibido aparcar. Si Vd. hubiera aparcado el vehículo correctamente, no hubiera sido multado. Es algo entre Vd. y la policia de tráfico. Muchas personas emplean el buzón de llaves para dejar las llaves, una vez dejan el vehículo correctamente aparcado.

Indeed, the police fined the vehicle for having left it parked incorrectly, in an area clearly marked as forbidden to park. If you had parked the vehicle correctly, you would not have been fined. It's something between you and the traffic police. Many people use the key box to leave the keys, once they leave the vehicle properly parked.

Hired a car through a 3rd party company…
Hired a car through a 3rd party company named Discover Cars and I took out full coverage insurance which covered wheels etc, the car was from Alquicoche. They charged over €700 from the deposit for the tyres and now haven’t sent relevant documents for us to claim our insurance. I asked several times, they sent me the wrong things. Wondering if perhaps they don’t have a break down of the receipt because maybe they have overcharged me? I would avoid and stick to bigger name company names in the future.

As you know, two tires and both rims on one side were seriously damaged, possibly rubbing against a curb when parking. A tow truck removed the vehicle and we provided you with another vehicle. With the second vehicle, just leaving our garage, you beat our car against a wall (we did not charge this damage). We already sent you an invoice and the rental agreement. If you purchased special insurance with Discover, you will be refunded the paid amount. It depends on the conditions of the insurance that you contracted, some do not cover tires or do not cover negligence. A bigger company would have charged you for the towing service and fleeced you with the damage bill and vehicle immobilization costs for first vehicle and damages in the second vehicle.

We had a very positive experience
We had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and efficient at pick up. We also needed to extend the booking twice due to personal circumstances and there were no issues, everyone was very helpful and accomodating. The return was smooth and again, we had no issues.
