The car was dirty inside and out…
The car was dirty inside and out because it was being dropped off by the previous driver just as we were picking it up. It also smelled bad from cigarettes.
A service reminder kept flashing on the dash.
The fuel tank was only 3/4 full but I returned it with a full tank.
The man who served us was polite and helpful.
Overall, not a great experience.

Bad Experience
Pickup was late, representative all all alone and working very hard, but process was very long & a big hassle. Car was very old, had a huge scrape and multiple dings, scratches and even rust. Fuel was only at a quarter tank. Check Engine light came on 2 hours into our drive. Representative that checked us in upon return was very rude & denied us the ride to the train station that we were promised when we picked up the car. Bad experience.

All our cars are brand new except mercedes and audi brands. Due to the car cost remains in fleet more time, but all cars remain under strict maintenance and regulations. Yes, the car had a scrape, previos client had a minor issue parking the car. Ride for free to train stations or airport it is not included in service, even if we have low workload we do it. We sorry for your bad experience.

Great service, the car was delivered in perfect condition and staffw was very helpful and friendly. Would love to use them again when in Spain.

I hired a car from this company for 3 days the staff are so friendly I put a £125 deposit down when I took the car back they put the money straight back onto my card I would definitely recommend this car hire 100%.

Personnel was friendly from first call, until I delivered the car after rental. Car was clean and worked flawlessly. They answer the phone which is really useful when you want to extend the rental.
