Better than expected

Each step of the process is clearly explained and guided. The support is there if needed but the process overall is pretty simple. So far I’ve had the most honest conversations I’ve had, felt completely able to share my experiences and felt part of the choices in my treatment.

Was given false hopes had emails…

Was given false hopes had emails congratulating me on being approved for medical marjurana had consultation with doctor every think seemed to go well up till the point of getting prescription was told I had been declined emailed them on number of times to see if there was any way they could help me but getting no response been going on for nearly 6 months but money for being a member still goes out my bank every month would really like them to respond to emails as never get a response

Avoid

I've been waiting for over 7 weeks to have my case reviewed even though I was told it would take a maximum of 4 days. Just being strung along and customer service is not helpful and rude. Don't waste your time.

Prescription delays

I've been with Alternaleaf for over a year now and for the most part service was very good, appointments are easy to book, contacting them is easy and the pharmacy has a wide range of products.

However on my last 2-3 prescriptions there have been huge delays in getting the medication dispatched from their pharmacy Montu.

Two weeks ago I had my annual review and I'm currently still waiting for my prescription after contacting Alternaleaf on 5 separate occasions to chase my order I'm simply told "We will chase the issue for you"

Typically prescription turn around times are 3/4 days however I'm also aware of some others now experiencing big delays in receiving their prescriptions, this could be due to supply issues or stock but they never tell me why things are so delayed.

I'm hoping this is a temporary issue and normal service will resume in the future.

As the previous people mentioned…

As the previous people mentioned recently I have to report delays. I had my follow up appointment last Tuesday and 8 days later still the prescription is not ready for me to order. As a result today is my 2nd day with no medication and even if I ordered it today I will still be 4 days with no medication. Customer service responds that passing enquiries to the right department but this is not helpful as it does not seem to speed up the process or resolve the issue. Plus telephone lines NOT answered. Last time I called I was waiting 50 mins for someone to answer and I gave up

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! - BEWARE Cancelled due to them constantly messing me around. Took all my personal information - wanted more despite talking to 'consultants' Refusing to reply to emails, ignoring me but still taking money from me. Told me I was eligible three times through out the process. No reply to emails, not contact made to confirm cancellation.
Edit in response to alternaleaf reply - I have sent you over 20 emails this week requesting a response. Hence the one star.
Edit - Catlin emailed me to ask me if I wanted to be discharged 🤣🤣🤣 despite having over 70 emails telling me i wanted to be discharged from this poo show of a company. Absolute joke

Scalability issues ? Poor prescription timelines - 1 week no Meds.

Scalability Issues ?

As per other customers in the last few days, I think Alternaleaf has experienced his first big orders over a Bank holiday weekend

Many people subscribed here with having mental symptoms which can include depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. It’s really bad to see my urgent prescription last Wednesday to not be accessible, I’ve been out of medication now for a week still no prescription from dispenser end, which is called montu.

I think you guys need to understand that you’re not delivering candy here, it’s really important medicine for day-to-day operation.

I think also the online chat is very poor as it doesn’t include notifications like main retail applications with something in many timeouts and failed comms.

No support, no help. Just a cash cow

No support , no help. Just want your money!! Overpriced garbage. Lower than street quality. You can never ever get the same things twice. You get treated like a clueless stoner, numerous mission items not what i ordered(ie tiny nugs/ dust) you treat like a cash cow not a patient. What body controls you as you are misleading people into thinking you’re wanting to help. You don’t you want more money

Been told I can’t have any help or…

Been told I can’t have any help or further appointments to progress due to the fact I’ve not had Two treatments for my epilepsy, provided them the proof of my diagnosis and medication, yet it still wasn’t enough, there’s no other treatment available to me for epilepsy, if I was you, I’d go with someone different who actually listen.

Had an appointment with a pharmacist…

Had an appointment with a pharmacist and they didnt show up. I logged on for the call 15mins before and waited for 50mins after the start time for nothing. I had been relying on this appointment to review my medication and now presumably must wait again for another appointment which could be over a week away. Its been a good experience with them up until now but a professional not turning up to an appointment is very poor form and will take a lot to restore faith going forward. I emailed the team so hopefully will get a response in tge coming days. I tried phoning but no lines open I presume due to it being a saturday on a bank holiday weekend. You possibly shouldn't offer appointments on days when there is no backup phone lines to support if the clinician doesn't show up

Always a good selection of products priced competitively. Customer service is good and they get travel letters out promptly. Staff are always helpful and efficient.

total garbage phoney company with a lot…

total garbage phoney company with a lot of corporate sales talk and a reality of zero care just a cash cow that you have to complain to on EVERY prescription...this month they thought it best to not even send me a prescription lol clown company reported to the CQC and avoided in future. For your own wellbeing stay away from these rogue businessmen like Raphael as they just want your wallet .DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE HYPE!
anyone doubting facts do get in touch as I saved every communication,every screenshot and every Singe lie they spew.

Took over a month to get appointment

Took over a month to get appointment. Was given a prescription which I paid for and the pharmacy didn't dispatch it or even put my address on it. Still waiting 3 days later.
