Had an appointment with a pharmacist and they didnt show up. I logged on for the call 15mins before and waited for 50mins after the start time for nothing. I had been relying on this appointment to review my medication and now presumably must wait again for another appointment which could be over a week away. Its been a good experience with them up until now but a professional not turning up to an appointment is very poor form and will take a lot to restore faith going forward. I emailed the team so hopefully will get a response in tge coming days. I tried phoning but no lines open I presume due to it being a saturday on a bank holiday weekend. You possibly shouldn't offer appointments on days when there is no backup phone lines to support if the clinician doesn't show up

total garbage phoney company with a lot of corporate sales talk and a reality of zero care just a cash cow that you have to complain to on EVERY prescription...this month they thought it best to not even send me a prescription lol clown company reported to the CQC and avoided in future. For your own wellbeing stay away from these rogue businessmen like Raphael as they just want your wallet .DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE HYPE!

Took over a month to get appointment. Was given a prescription which I paid for and the pharmacy didn't dispatch it or even put my address on it. Still waiting 3 days later.

ive been with three clinics in 5 years, they tend to get slower as they get busier, but this one has been crap from attempting to join. They took membership fee from very beginning, now 5 months into what should have been a simple swap. No correspondence at all and now refusing to give a refund for zero service provided.
Absolutely avoid!

Prescribed me my first lot of medicine on the 15th of march, on the 15th of April I was told my repeat prescription isn’t until the 30th of April, I emailed them to be told they shouldn’t have prescribed me any medicine as I hadn’t uploaded my id or previous medicines tried, I uploaded these and then was told I have to have another appointment to get my 2nd prescription which is booked for the 6th of May

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.
I have followed the correct process throughout my treatment, yet experienced multiple failures that have significantly impacted my care.
I was given conflicting appointment times for a scheduled consultation, attended as instructed, and was then incorrectly marked as having missed the appointment. No follow-up was arranged despite multiple calls emails and requests for a callback.
Since then, I have sent several emails (18th, 22nd, and 27th April) and received no proper response addressing the core issues.
In addition, my prescription was dispatched late (after 20:40), despite being told to expect next-day delivery. This resulted in delays and contributed to a gap in my treatment.
Due to these combined failures, I have effectively been left without consistent access to my prescribed medication for almost an entire 28-day cycle.
I have now had to revert to other medications through my GP, undoing progress I had made with this treatment.
This is not the level of care or service that is advertised.
A formal Stage 2 complaint has been raised, but at the time of writing this remains unresolved.
Very poor handling of both care and complaints.
My concerns have been minimised throughout, with responses focusing on internal processes rather than the actual impact on my treatment.
To make matters worse, I received a generic feedback request (Zendesk survey) as if the issue had been resolved — this is not an acknowledgment or response to a complaint.

I’ve found the overall process smooth and easy, however I have one consistent concern.
Each time I require a follow-up appointment with a clinician, I am left short of medication. For example, my prescription arrived on 27th March, but I was not able to book a follow-up until 28th April. After contacting the service twice, I was offered an earlier appointment on 26th April, but this still resulted in a delay while waiting for the prescription to reach the pharmacy, which as of 2:30pm today has not yet arrived. Update, still haven't received my prescription after chasing and even complaining.
This has happened repeatedly, requiring me to chase appointments to avoid gaps in treatment. As a result, I am left without adequate medication for periods of time, leading to a return of pain and migraines.
This part of the process does not feel well coordinated and would benefit from better alignment between appointments and prescription supply. I'm now going to consider alternative providers.
