Really like this but the instructions on how to actually attach the oils are non existent. I spent at least 2 hours doing all kinds of web searches just to learn the correct way to attach it, even then I couldn't attach the original essential oil bottle but had to sit and let it drip into the larger bottle supplied with the diffuser. Very, very frustrating when all I wanted to do was attach it and get it up and running. I still don't know how to attach the smaller bottle

An excellent, elegant product that's nicely made and works a treat. The quality, finish and performance of this model is infinitely superior in every respect to the cheap copies that are available in some outlets.

We have an earlier version of this model which has been working for years without fuss and continues to do so.

I received my diffuser a couple of days ago so excited to use this
Then I was putting the 10ml oil in and it wouldn’t connect properly wouldn’t screw on the bottle properly so I put it on and it leaked out every where the whole 10ml I phoned and phoned and they don’t answer so I emailed god knows how many times and they said they DONT call back so I asked them for a qr code to send it back and never heard from them again its actually reduced in price now since buying
Please don’t waste your money because the company will never get back to you if you have issues or a question

I bought a diffuser which broke after less than a year. I contacted customer service because it was within the guarantee and they completely ignored me despite sending evidence that it wasn't working.

Terrible company.

Just purchased my second Nebula Waterless Diffuser …..first one was for the car……this one is for my home.

Love these diffusers……. Received quickly and as described…..you won’t be disappointed

I regularly order oils from here and they are great quality. I’ve tried other places, such as Neil’s Yard where the bottles have clogged or been hard to get the oils out. These are packaged well.

Purchased the Nebula waterless diffuser in white. Received well packed. Looks really stylish, easy to use and works fantastically fragrancing the air in living/dining room. Would repeat purchase. Excellent all round.

I’ve bought three of the electronic diffusers, powerful enough to fill a large room.
Ive purchased many of the oils which are great and strong smelling. Certainly will continue to purchase from Aluxury.
