I'm always wary that brokers just rely on the same old providers without doing proper comparisons but not the case with Sian this year for Landlord insurance. The policy suited my needs, she spotted one important part of the cover that needed adapting for the property, and her communications were efficient and clear. Great service.

I have been with the business since its inception and I was with Andrew its owner when he was with another insurers. His experienced friendly team ensure a client’s needs are met 100% every time and that the price is always reasonable & for a few pounds more if a claim is required they sort that out. So it’s a no brainer- a full all round professional friendly service every time

Having been a loyal customer of amb Insurance for over 10 years that loyalty was paid back late last night when we received a letter from the Police saying one of our vans hadn’t any insurance. A clerical error on my behalf. Knowing they would be shut till Monday, I sent a personal message to the owner (not knowing he was in away in Holland) he responded back straight away asking for the van’s details. He instantly sent a message on his company’s WhatsApp and within the hour the van was insured. Amazing service from such an amazing company. Thank you Amb Insurance.
