If I started walking 6 weeks ago, I might have made it to my car 2 states away, by now.

Ameri Auto Transport LLC demonstrated an extreme lack of professionalism by concealing correct payment details, actively consuming our services, and subsequently ceasing all communication to avoid paying for the received leads.

Ameri Auto Transport LLC approached us with an offer to buy leads in the US car shipping field. We agreed on terms, and to start, they promptly signed the contract and provided bank details for payment. We operate on a trust-based model: we send leads first and invoice later.

Immediately after work began, we discovered that the provided payment details were invalid, totally FAKE. In response to our inquiry, they claimed the details would be updated after "verifying the quality of the leads." Despite this, the company continued to request and receive a significant volume of leads from us over the next 5 days from 09.25.2025.

After the leads were delivered, we attempted to resolve the payment. Communication from Ameri Auto Transport LLC sharply deteriorated:

Our messages were ignored.

On the rare occasions we reached them, their representatives claimed to be busy and immediately hung up the phone.

All promises from them to call back, update payment information, or provide any response were never fulfilled.

Ultimately, the company completely ceased all communication, ignoring all contact attempts via phone and electronic messages. In essence, they received the product (leads) and absconded from their financial obligations.

For Private Clients: If you are considering this company for shipping your vehicle, please be aware that their business ethics are highly questionable. The company has demonstrated a willingness to gain benefit without regard for its obligations to partners. It is highly likely this same approach would be applied to customers.

For Business Partners: As an experienced lead provider, we categorically do not recommend entering into any business relations with Ameri Auto Transport LLC.

Level of Communication: Appalling. Resolving issues or discussing problems is impossible.

Financial Reliability: The risk of not receiving payment for services rendered is extremely high.

Business Reputation: The company operates in bad faith, exploiting the trust of partners for its own gain.

This experience has been the worst in our history of working with broker companies. We could perhaps forgive wasted resources and time, but the outright deception and ignorance place Amelia Auto Transport on the list of unreliable and dishonest counterparts.

Great service, good communication. Shoot out to Robin Williams and Borys Makarus for take care of me with my car from CA to AR. Really fast and secure.

Horrible service! Justin or whoever it is very unprofessional and will try to get your money by all means . He promised me to get a driver for 3 days in a row and couldn’t find one and zero communication. Upon asking them to kindly cancel the contract they blame it on me asking me for more money. Absolute disaster people and services. Would absolutely not recommend and ask to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Bait and Switch Experts-
I booked this one month in advance to ensure a smooth process. Just awful people every step and any reviews you see that happen to be positive are fabricated or from their family members. Here’s how these scammers work -
THE BAIT -
1. Reel you in with low initial cost. Demanded $ in advance to “lock you in” on their low price. Total bs but anyway.
2. After they received the deposit, I did not hear from them again until the morning of scheduled pick up.
3. “JB” from Ameri Auto then tells me the car transport carrier “has broken down” and includes a picture of a parked car transport carrier. Why include a picture of a parked truck? He only knows.
THE SWITCH -
4. He tells me he does not have a driver that can pick up and does not know when one will be available. I said, ok I will wait.
5. He calls me back within 3 minutes telling me he has now found a driver and they are on their way but…it will now cost $1,500 instead of the $725 originally agreed and deposited.
6. Told him no thanks, I’ll wait to have it transported under the terms of the $725. He told me it could be 6 days, 14 days, 30 days and did not know. I told him I will wait and hung up.
7. He calls me right back and asks me; “how much CAN you pay now? I told him I am now cancelling and want my deposit back. He counters with “did you read your contract”. It basically says, if a driver is on their way and I cancel, no deposit is refunded.
8. They only care about squeezing every last penny out of you. Awful people but I know that karma will get them in disastrous ways so let them think about that.
AWFUL - STAY AWAY!

Horrible ! They reel you in with a low bid AND They exploit you for more money upon delivery. USUALLY 5x the original amount . The delivery dates don't get fulfilled and then they make empty promises. Worst experience. Making a stressful situation even more stressful ! Recommend zero out of 10

If you’re smart you will avoid Ameri Auto for any transportation of your vehicle. They took my deposit quickly BUT kept telling me the car would be picked up a certain day and then it was another day and another and another. After a week of lying I told them I want to cancel and I’ll get someone else even though it cost more than $400 from their price. They said ok we will refund your deposit of $225 well after 5 days they said keep checking your account. It never showed up. I had to dispute the charge and still fighting for my money back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM ALEX AND AMERI AUTO

I’m writing this review to caution others about this car transport company. I booked my vehicle transport with them a month ahead, trusting their promise that reserving early would secure me a better rate. That turned out to be completely false.

They lured me in with a low quote, but when pickup time came, they tried to raise the price by more than 300%. I reminded them of our signed agreement, but they ignored it entirely. The whole process was unprofessional and a huge waste of time. In the end, they demanded an outrageous price without even guaranteeing pickup.

This company operates dishonestly, breaking agreements and showing zero regard for their customers. Don’t fall for their tactics. My experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same frustration.

They don’t deserve even 1 star. Honestly its scam I think 🤔. Yeah I’m serious

I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay away from this car transport company. I booked my car transport with them a month in advance, believing their claim that booking early would get me a better price. It was a complete lie.
They quoted a very low price to get me to book, but when it was time for pickup, they demanded a price increase of over 300%. I showed them our original agreement and even the signed contract, but they didn't care at all. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional. They wasted my time, and in the end, they demanded an absurdly high price with no guarantee of pickup.
This company is a not good. They use deceptive practices and have no respect for their agreements or their customers. Don't waste your time or money booking with them. My experience was a nightmare, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same thing.

For the completed load broker promised to pay $450 COD + $50 via zelle. 3rd day he is promising to pay the rest.

Unreliable company. I will NOT recommend it.
They will promise everything until they have your money.

Spoke with Brad. He quoted $650. Made him aware that I'm familiar with how industry switch and bait pricing and if that is their practice, not interested. He assured me they would not and that he confirmed with carrier of availability.

Paid deposit. Day before pick up, they switched price to $950. $300 over quote. Stating carrier truck was out of service and all available carriers are over $1k. Lowest would be $950. Very upset. I made him aware of our initial conversation and how he assured me and said out of his hand if truck needs maintenance. I needed vehicle at a certain time, but was willing to cancel and seek out someone else. He was going to charge me a $200 cancelation fee which was not only more than deposit but not stated in agreement.

Long story short, my arm was twisted and had to love forward with these crooks. I was able to get him down to $875. They still got me $225 over initial quote.

Good thing is, the carrier/driver was actually really nice and responsive. Still very upset and disappointed in how people are not honest and will scam you unapologetically.

Proceed with caution.

I have shipped with AmeriAuto before and worked with Jenifer which made this 2nd shipment worry-free. Jenifer is an exceptional professional with an impeccable work ethic. She sent texts to keep me informed so the entire process was seamless. The driver and transport carrier was exceptional and on time. I will ONLY ship from now on through Jenifer , I wholeheartedly trust her. I did speak.to other reps that were extremely professional and followed through with every task and call back. I have used many shippers and by far this one has the best team. Thank you!

DO !NOT! use this company. The agent, BRAD, pulled a BAIT & SWITCH on me. Quoted me $375 ALL INCLUSIVE, zero balance due at delivery, etc. On pickup day, informed that no trucks were available for my car transport TILL NEXT WEEK. and cost would be over $1000. When I cancelled the order, Brad REFUSED TO REMOVE MY ORDER POSTING FROM THE NATIONAL BOARD WEBSITE UNLESS I PAY THEM $200!!! BLACKMAIL!! Brad posted my $375 order for $800!! This will drive up the price of my order to other shippers ands prevent me from getting another offer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE ZERO BUSINESS CREDIBILITY OR PERSONAL INTEGRITY..

They are terrible. First they give you a low price then can't find a driver. Then they found a driver. Driver makes appt you wait all day for them and hour later the driver texts you that he is canceling because he has turn back to the yard. Then when you tell them

Bait and switch! They will charge you an amount to book and then the day of they will change the rates for some random reason. They are banking on people being desperate as they will not switch the price until the last minute when it’s more than likely too late to find another company. Do not do not do NOT trust this company. If you can’t afford to ship your car, look into renting a bed to tow it yourself. NO legitimate car shipping company is going to be cheap in this economy. Do your research or look into DIY options!

PLEASE READ:
Don't transport anything with this company, all the five star reviews are fake or written by them. This company is a complete SCAM! They will give you a set price in the beginning without even having a driver ready just so that you can sign the BS contract. I was quoted for a certain amount for transporting my car and was giving a specific pick up date but my car was never picked up (I waited longer than a week!) I got so so many excuses that the "driver" truck is broken down or had other issues. Its all full of crap. After a few days of this BS they will eventually find a driver for you, BUT the price will literally quadruple (the price they gave me was $1300).The contract had a certain amount of days for them to find a carrier and they failed to do so and will not refund me the money and saying "you signed a contract." I wasted TIME and a lot of my MONEY because of them. Save your time and pay a little more for a legit company.

"JB" sent me a quote in a foreign language, kept calling me and texting me after I told him to stop contacting me, and called me four times in a row. Avoid them at all cost, this company is not even real
