THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

You have been warned. Paid for my order on 20th September 2025 with 48 hour shipping. It is now the 27th October 2025, no goods received, no reply to my emails, now their website is offline.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE, ITS A SCAM. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND NOONE TO CONTACT ,STAY WELL AWAY.

Order not delivered after nearly one month. No response from customer service.

This is a total scam!! I ordered a month ago and they have not shipped. They stole £37.37 from me and I cannot speak to a human or get a reply from them. Do not order!!!!

Placed an order on the 14th October, and still have not received an email saying its been dispatched. I emailed and judt got an auto response saying they have a backlog of orders. But it seems like I will not get this order

Do not buy from this company.
I haven't spoken to one person who has actually received any product from this company
I have reported them to trading standards as is a joke the amount of people having to get refunds thru there bank because of this so called company. I sent an email of complaint to them and they replied with sending out orders. I didn't evan email about an order so just shows they don't read them and have an automated reply. Please please please avoid

THEY NOW HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHALLENGE MY BANK FOR MY REFUND CLAIM UNDER THE CHARGE BACK SCHEME!!!

STILL NOT RECEIVED ORDER, so good luck in trying to BS your way into convincing them it's been despatched and delivered on a supposed 48 Hr Tracking Service without any evidence. The lengths to which some people will stoop to earn a living. Shame on you!

Took my money for a 48 hour delivery and nothing ever turned up. No way to contact the company other than by email which just generates automated, fob off responses. Thankfully the website is now 'closed for a refresh' (probably meaning they've done a runner) so at least nobody else can get scammed. Judging by the amount of poor reviews, these crooks have obviously made enough to enjoy an early retirement.

Scam scam scam### I had to get my money back again same email as the rest of reviews on here.

You will not receive a single thing from these people. Emails are auto responses and you cannot ring them. I’m currently trying to get the bank to refund me and they are despairing the claim

Paid for goods on the 3rd of September from this scam company and despite countless bounce back emails from them saying they would send the goods I've received nothing, took it up with my bank and got a refund on what I paid.

Avoid these thieves at all costs, I suspect their 65% off code was a honey trap to entice people.

They have challenged by claim with the bank. Are they nuts? They just showed they're still active and are clearly scamming everyone!!

Like many other reviews I ordered over a month ago only to receive nothing and no communication.
I’ve ordered from here before and had absolutely no issues whatsoever so ever so not sure what’s gone so wrong here.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, nothing received. Automated response to my query, website taken down, phone number seems fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAM!! Placed an order and received no confirmation. Money was taken. Emailed and got an automated response. Emailed again a week later and same response. Website is also removed now

Avoid for all cost. They are scam company. They will take your money but never send an item.

Do not buy from this company!!!!
They take your money then dont send out your order and do not reply to emails. Been waiting 5 weeks for my order which was a gift. It now appears they have taken there website down!!!!
