Amazing site i ordered some maruchan noodles to test the site out a few days later arrived in a package secured so it couldnt get damaged then boom the noodles where there perfect condition shopping here a lot more

This company offers an appalling customer service. If you make the mistake of giving the wrong delivery address there is no point trying to contact them about it, no matter how fast you do it. They won't read it and answer it for days. And your parcel will end up at the wrong place. Even if they retrieve it and they promise to deliver it to the correct address for a supplemental fee like they did with me, don't believe them! They won't. They will just redeliver it to the wrong address, like they did with me. And they won't even apologise and they will blame it all on you. Avoid that company at all costs! They are a total waste of money, and of time. And also their stocks always run very low on everything. Extremely disappointing experience.

Have ordered a few times and always get my items in a timely manner, but this past order I ordered dressings which only had a month left on the best before date and are now unusable. Way too expensive to chance dates like that when ordering.

Outraged at the British government for forcing drink manufacturers to put sweetener in everything I am over the moon at the products available at American Fizz. Their ordering system doesn't allow you to order too many items they will run out of. Generally their orders are sent in a couple of days and arrive in perfect condition. Extremely happy...unfortunately I think I keep cleaning them out of one particular Item! Thank you so much for your great service.

Made an order and tried calling but no one responded to my call

Ordered from them quite a few times down the years and generally was ok but a recent order about half the drinks were flat despite being well in date. I got fed up with drinking flat drinks for the premium price I had paid so I wanted to return the ones that hadn't been drunk yet. Their customer service were very dismissive, saying we've had no other complaints and there's nothing we can do about it basically. They wouldn't honour the return postage so it was uneconomical for me to return as needed to use a specialist courier due to sending liquids. Shame as they get some good stuff every so often but I will never order again due to the disgusting arrogance and dismissive attitude of their appalling customer service team.

Do NOT order from their buy one, get one section. They wont honour it. It's a trap! They blame glitch errors. After they ripped me off, their support was completely dismissive about what they had done. Americanfizz are frauds! Go somewhere else!!!

Super fast shipping, very well packaged, items came just as described, I am over the moon and will be putting another order in next pay, I ordered so much stuff and the prices were so cheap! Everything is so well priced and a lot cheaper than what I’ve seen in stores and on tiktok, such a huge range, and plenty of choices for sugar free, vegan etc. I also love the variety of the different hampers they do which are all also very reasonably priced. Most definitely the best website I’ve come across for sweets/snacks etc. so far and couldn’t recommend enough, so excited for my next order. Thankyou so much!

Super fast dispatch and next day delivery, once the order has been dispatched. Items are well packaged, with drinks / fragile items being bubble wrapped and double boxed. I have ordered 4 times from them and I only have excellent things to say.

Items are cheaper than any other website from the UK selling American products.

The prices are good, the items are always packed very well and never missing. The service is overall good. Why not 5 stars then? There are a few things I feel could be improved.

Firstly, I really wish the website showed the ingredients of the items sold. I have to paste the name of the product into google to find your competitors website which lists the ingredients of the products. Even then, on my most recent order I managed to accidentally buy some sweets which had sorbitol in which is a really nasty ingredient and feel like my money was wasted. If the ingredients were on the website I could've avoided this.

Secondly the dispatch time. So often states due to high demand there is a longer than usual wait.

Thirdly the free delivery is slightly misleading. Took me a while to realise why my free delivery wasn't being applied and then realised it's not £50, it's £60 due to the 'VAT'.

Honestly it's a really good business but if the few quibbles I have are ever sorted I'll be back with a 5 star rating.

I've used this website multiple times for American food and I've never had any problems. I'll continue to use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Have ordered a couple of times and both times delivery has been on time. I get a lot of stuff from the clearance section, it's close to or just past date but it's all still very good quality. I have recommended American Fizz to all of my friends and some strangers.

Fantastic first experience ordering from American fizz! I was dubious after reading some of the reviews but I will absolutely be back to place another order from this site. Delivered quickly, items very well packaged and a speedy refund on a couple of out of stock items without me even having to ask which are shown clearly on the invoice! I’ve ordered twice from this website and each time has been a lovely experience. At affordable prices and delivery, this is one of the best American food websites around.
