I was skeptic to order at first as this was a new website i hadn't tried before but im glad i went through with it. I managed to get hold of snacks you can't get over here (green tea pocky, choco twinkies, jalapeno pringles etc) and for such a cheap price too.
I enquired over email as i was anxious and they were fast to respond, so i appreciate that.

I will definitely be shopping here often now. Thank you!

Don't waste your money. I bought a £30 extra special mystery box. Nothing special inside unless you love Snickers a full box of them! M&M's different varieties of the same. Yes, you guessed it more snickers! 2 packs of Starburst.
Then to top it off when you open a bar they are white chocolate. So not only do they rip you off and give you no variety, they give you 99% peanut-based chocolate bars, that have not been stored in a cool dry place!!
I will not order from you again.
Go to Candy Hero's, they give you a better choice of items in their Mystery box.

I've browsed this site many times in the past but finally decided to make an order, and a large one at that. It was dispatched two days later and arrived the very next day after that and was very well packed with all the products in mint condition with long expiry dates, Faultless. Very pleased.

There was an issue where one of the products I ordered was out of stock so they contacted me personally offering a replacement product of my choice to the value or a refund which I thought was amazing since a lot of companies will just ship your order out with a missing product and hope you don't notice. So very happy with the customer service provided.

My only gripe would be that a lot of products that I was interested in on the site were out of stock so I settled for different flavours etc than the ones I wanted which was okay but I'm sure if I put in a stock request they would do their best to get them in.

So overall I'm very happy with their service and will definitely use again in the near future and will recommend it to others as well. Thank you!

I’ve ordered a few times now, always had quick service and my items have arrived packaged incredibly well! Everything wrapped safely and always arrives in good condition. I love the choice and variety available as I don’t know anywhere else in the UK that offers such a diverse offering, I know there is often a few items out of stock but I’ve found this to be topped up regularly! It’s worth paying a little bit extra than if I were buying English goods because it tastes better..and I wouldn’t be able to get these items for this price anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Placed a £60 order (including vat) and it was dispatched and delivered quickly.
Packaging was excellent, drinks were all bubble wrapped with no damage.

Ordered from them a couple of times now, as they have the widest range of American root beer. Parcels of glass bottles and cans always arrive well packaged (maybe too good) and happy to shop with them again.

I purchased several items of savoury snacks and candy. They were dispatched quickly, well packaged and all have long best before dates, with the shortest date being 2 months! Very pleased and will use this company again :)

Absolutely abismal customer service, waited over a week for my parcel do be dispatched, emailed, Facebook messaged, called before it got sorted, ther was a supposed problem with the label machine, but sundenly it worked when I Finally got through on the phone, and not even an apology as it will be 11 days from when I ordered till I receive the items, fully understand that it was busy because of black Friday, but I had to pay 10£ for a 2 day delivery service that I clearly never received

I have shopped many times on their site and WOULD HAVE considered myself a valued customer.
Today I added over £50 of items to my basket then went to checkout and it didn't offer free delivery. I asked them about this on social media and they told me it had to be £50 before VAT. I questioned this, as the shopping cart clearly showed it was over £50 when I was shopping, and they proceeded to reply essentially mocking me for not understanding that some things are 'vatable'!! So rude and unnecessary, I'll stick to other American importers with better customer service skills from now on.

Can't give 0 stars but there not even worth ons star. They're scammers! They sent you fake usa products and when you point it out, there nowhere to be found. Very bad costumor service, when you sent the products back, you don't even get your money back! SO DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE

Fantastic value for money. Royal Mail lost my parcel but they looked into it and it arrived a few days later🥰 they have amazing selection of American sweets

Terrible service, do not order mystery box!
Apparently it's groceries, drinks ,sweets and other American goods, £50.... What turned up was a box of crap they can't sell, all chocolate is peanut based, fun sized crap sweets and icing for cakes that wasn't there.

After three rather large orders from American Fizz, I’m torn between how fantastic their products are and how truly shocking the packaging is.
We like cream soda in our family so I usually order at least three of their packs of four. Yet every single time, at least one bottle cap has come loose en route and the contents have spilled over the rest of the order, so when it arrives you have to deal with lots of sticky plastic.
And their use of plastic. Oh my god. It is horrendous how each bottle each individually encased in a giant caterpillar like cocoon of plastic. I thought we were supposed to be cutting back on our use of the material. I understand their thinking as the glass bottles are pathetically weak; they break even dropped from less than a foot in height. But seriously, is there no other way of protecting them in transit? The fact that each bottle is individually wrapped doesn’t help either, especially if you have bought a range of drinks, which means you have to cut open each wrapper to see which is inside.
This is really disappointing as their stock is fantastic, but when you only get to enjoy half of what you’ve ordered due to leaks and second rate materials, I’ll have to think carefully about ordering from them again.

Recently purchased a large order. The rudest management team I have ever spoken to. They constantly pressured me to either pay delivery charges or they will cancel my order even though over £50 is free delivery. I ordered £350 worth. I am disgusted and appalled by their displayed behaviour. The manager is the rudest person I have ever come across. Would not recommend if you don’t want breakages and poor customer service.

Super nice online store.
They have more than most other online stores, which also import foreign goods.
They may be a little expensive in postage and with some items, but they have a larger selection than most of their competitors, both here in Denmark and in the rest of Europe.

This is my second order from AmericanFizz and it was delivered to Denmark fairly quickly, yes, faster than what Denmark's national postal company (PostNord) could.

I ordered my goods on Wednesday, June 30, the goods were shipped on Thursday, August 1, and was at my house on Tuesday, August 6.

My items were packed securely and securely so nothing could break.

This is not the last time I order from AmericanFizz.

So, I imagine your satisfaction depends on what you are purchasing from American Fizz. Candy and less breakable things are fine, but ordering Tostitos has not been a huge success bc they arrive mostly broken. I can't figure out if it's their packaging (ie trying to fit too many bags into one box with no insulation around them for protection) or if it's simply the problem with importing fragile food products from the States? Either way, unless you want tortilla bits to top your chili or soup, buying Tostitos from them isn't a huge success. Which is a pity because Ocado has just stopped carrying them too, so now there is no place to get them. Sigh.

First time I’ve used American fizz and I’m very happy! Ordered on Monday, came on Thursday with the free shipping option which was Very well packaged .Customer service were very friendly too when I called to ask status of the order. Honestly can’t fault them, and will certainly be using again
