Ive ordered from them twice and have been impressed by their service. I was craving tostitos cheese months back and it was unfortunately out of stock on their site, and an extortionate price on amazon. I then emailed them and Debbie was really helpful in informing me when it would be restocked and keeping me updated. Their replies are super fast as well which is great. I usually pay with paypal just in case and I am glad they offer this service. The only thing that is a negative is the expensive shipping cost which was around 6-7 quid. However, Im super happy with my products, and they have successfully fulfilled my cheese cravings! I will be ordering many more things to try out.

Ordering was easy. Website is easy to navigate and prices are kinda what you'd expect with import costs or what have you.

Slightly annoyed that the pringles I ordered were all smashed inside the packaging.

Not all the products are actually from America! The Cheetos are polish and so is the fanta! So for that I was slightly disappointed and will probably not order again.

Very poor service. Ordered on 26/12/18 for next day delivery. Understood this might take a couple of extra days due to the holidays, but did not expect to wait until 7/1/19 (12 days later) after paying nearly £6 for delivery. When I asked for a refund for the delivery costs, I was firstly offered 10% off my next purchase, which was of no interest to me after my experience. They then only offered half of the delivery costs. Products arrived and very disappointing - the small 'hamper' is the size of my hand!

Bought some pibb xtra as a Christmas present in November 2018, the drink expired on 24th dec 18 and was made in 2011! £17.77 on drink thats 7 years old and out of date!

I received fantastic service from American Fizz after DPD claimed they had delivered my parcel to me when they had not. The person dealing with my problem didn't stop until it was resolved, despite it taking DPD 5 weeks to admit fault!

Received my refund today and it's just nice to know that American Fizz care enough to take time to fight the case for me.

Placed a large order and a couple of products only had a best before date of a couple of weeks, so called explained these where presents for christmas, I was informed in order to get longer life products you need to place a comment on your purchase, which is ridiculous! I was told they would give me a call back waited all day nothing! Next day I had to call them! I was also told I could return the products but at my own cost! My own cost for products they sent to me incorrect, It's just over 2 months till cristmas and can't give out of date products!! Or they can give me 30% refund! And 10% code of my next purchse, but I will not be ordering from them again so will definitely not be needing that!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE AGAIN!

Got my pickles at the cheapest price and they were shipped using DPD with 2 hour window for delivery. The DPD app let me nominate what to do with them if I wasn't in - blinding!

My pickle jars were individually protected with bubble wrap and in a nice sturdy box.

It couldn't have been a better experience.

Oh, and I have 18 months to eat my pickles, which Imm sure I'll manage!

Got my order quickly and it was half the cost of Amazon. Very happy.

Used a few times packing substandard and packed very tightly which leads to items being crushed happened twice now

Understanding

Fairly basic but clear online shop, no issues ordering any products online, quite a few products out of stock, but it is to be expected with an importer.

No issues with the shipping, the box was well packaged, each bottle was individually wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap and the box was secure with no empty space for items to roll around.

Overall happy with my ordering and delivery experience.

Amazing service everything has been delivered really quickly on both occasions that I have placed orders. Will be using them again.

Refused to bring delivery inside my store and then Added unexpected fees onto my bill when they took it back charged me £50 for nothing

Very fast international shipping, arrived in less than a week. Prices of products are very competitive, but shipping costs are a little high.

I purchased a Reece's pieces mug with chocolates as a leaving gift for a colleague because he absolutely loves these and such items are hard to come by on the high street. Purchased during festive season and needed it within 3 days. Wasn't holding my breath but it arrived! Excellent fast service and item completely as described. Prices on American Fizz are really great and the website is fairly clear about what you're getting. I had a bit of an issue with postage as initially they showed my order as being eligible for their cheapest postage, but when I went through the checkout postage almost doubled.
Considering that it took longer to arrive than expected.

I was given the option to choose whether I'd want a refund or replacement for any out of stock items when I reached the checkout. In the end I was refunded for one product and was glad that they had given me the option. Everything else arrived in perfect condition in a nice, well packed compact box.

I'll probably be buying again.

Having had some trouble ordering American goodies from other companies and best before dates, I decided to try American Fizz. Wrote to them before ordering and was told that their products have an excellent best before date and those items that were out of date were sold half price. Indeed, most of the items I ordered were with good dates, but a bottle of BBQ sauce only had nearly 6 weeks left which is quite short really. As I ordered it for an Xmas prez, and didn't give it straight away it left under 4 weeks to use a whole bottle of sauce.
Post costs were also expensive and a bit confusing, they can go up in price just before you pay, so watch out for that. They are never the same as the estimation either! Delivery was fast tho and emails answered quick.

Very fast service.Shipped one day after ordering,and only took 2 days to get to Denmark.Very pleased.Brilliant prices too.Will definitely be back to buy more.
