American Eagle Tall does it right ! Their survey is from a 1-to 5 stars. I'd give them a 10.
They do what they say they’ll do . Deliver on time . Their quality product reflects the pride and integrity of their representation of the clothing .
Clothing fits well.It’s my go to for fashionable clothing for my university grandson, before him it was his father’s brand .

FINALLY! Clothes that fit me! Clothes that are high quality and not priced out of my range.

I can't say enough positive things about the shirts I've purchased through American Tall. Consistently, I've found good style and proper sizing.

Hoping American Tall will be around a long time.

Poor CS and the clothes fit is all over the place

I've shopped with AT for a few years now, and I'm just about done with them. They have some decent to nice clothes. Pricing is slightly better than avg (but that isn't saying much as all retail is a massive rip off with extortionate pricing). But a few major things keep coming up that are just awful and really have forced me to look elsewhere for tall clothing.
First, their customer service is awful and just about non existent. I have sent them multiple emails over the years about an order issue that needed taken care of and they rarely responded! Not late, not a long time, almost never. I think they've responded 1-2 times out of 5-6 emails. And the few times they have written back to me, it sounds like it's some sort of AI robot talking to you, not a human. So that's a huge problem.
The second one, is that they have an AWFUL returns policy. They CHARGE YOU to return a product. I can't even remember the last time in life in the Western world when a company charged for returns. Which is ridiculous. Because they charge you an outrageously high fee like $9.95 or something like that to ship. And it's USPS. So you know it cost WAY less then that to actually ship it. Then they're SO cheap, that they charge the customer for a return. When 99.99% of all retailers offer free returns and have been doing that for 10+ years. HUGE problem and makes buying clothes with them a hassle. Plus, for whatever reason, their shipping times are VERY long and not acceptable. I've had packages take 5-7 business days to get to me in Ohio. They're warehouse is in Upstate NY! It's like 5 hrs away! And yet it takes 5-7 business days or 7-10 days sometimes for an order to get to me! Absolutely ridiculous that it takes that long and especially considering how much they charge for shipping. For 10 bucks, it should be 2 day shipping!
And third, their clothing isn’t all that great across the board. I’ve ordered everything from jeans, pants, dress shirts, casual plaid shirts, t-shirt, workout shirts, etc. And every single piece of clothing fits differently and some of them are lower quality, while some are regular quality. None of the pieces of clothing are high quality. I’ve ordered a bunch of tshirts from them in different colors, all the same size. Yet, they all fit drastically different. Some are long enough in the body, some are barely below my pants line!!! Some have short sleeves, others are long and baggy. Others fit in the body a bit snugger (slightly slim fitting, which is nice) while others are billowy ruck sacks! The jeans are thin and have sharp edges all over the material. The casual plaid shirts are all over the place in sizing, just like the tshirts. Some big and baggy, others normal fitting. But all are the same size. It’s just a mess.
And again, anytime I’ve tried to email them about any of these issues or shipping or anything else, they usually don’t even respond. And if they do, it’s an AI robot, not a human. It’s a shame, as it’s about time there were Tall clothing stores that make nice clothes that fit well. But the problems AT have are not acceptable and I have already moved on from them. I’m not saying I won’t ever shop with them again, but it would be a very rare situation if I did. Can not recommend this company and their clothes.

I don't usually write reviews but an exception this time.
I ordered trousers last Thursday from American Tall for the first time. and they arrived today 5 days.
Trousers are brilliant. Quality excellent fit excellent.
I was a little apprehensive due to some negative reviews but ordered one item to try.
Wow, love them so so pleased. Being 5ft 10. Long legs, I have always struggled. The tall size just perfect.
I have told all my tall friends here in England and they will order.
Ready to order more items. I do accept at times delivery and issues can arise and this doesn't help when you look forward to receiving an item but I can honestly state, the quickness of receiving them and the quality just spot on.

Stinks like mildew

The denim leggings have a warehouse mildew smell that won't come out. I've washed them twice with laundry soap, soaked in vinegar water for several hours, then washed twice again. Is it the dye that stinks? Or were these stored in a humid warehouse? Unwearable.

Unsubscribed and will never order here again.

Ordered slippers at $72.00 total. Received them three weeks after ordering and then I received an invoice from UPS for $83.00 American Tall say they deliver to the States as well as Canada with no tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees. Can't get hold of anyhone.
them. No phone or email, just chatting with and idiot robot. At the very least they could have informed me of the doubling of the cost so that I could cancel the order.

I have dealt with American tall for 2…

I have dealt with American tall for 2 years and have spent $1500 there. There is always a problem. I have returned 4 pairs of leggings which I never got credit for and it is impossible to talk or email anyone in that company.

They don't even know who I( am and what my emaI is even though I can pull up my account at anytime. They are very inept and runs a very shaddy business. I will never shop their again. I believe in second changes but the have failed me over and ove and over again.

Just got a UPS Invoice for $70 due to…

Just got a UPS Invoice for $70 due to ordering through American Tall. Ridiculous I have to pay for this after the product when they said they had free shipping for my order.

Quick edit: American Eagle made things right. I had already paid UPS so they issues me a gift card for twice the amount I had paid. I’ll definitely continue shopping with them moving forward.

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed! amazing clothes, poor poor poor business structure! this is ridiculous!!! I'm trying to return for size, it's literally been 2-3 weeks and i have gotten anywhere. waiting for a return label to be sent, American tall we will pay our own shipping what is the address???? autobots cannot run your business, i know elon musk has you thinking this is a thing but it's not.... what a waste of a good brand the clothes actually look, feel and fit amazingly...

Never again!

After spending thousands at American Tall, I will never order from them again. I made a purchase on 01/30/25. It is 02/21/25, and I’ve yet to receive my order. In fact, I was told that it is not coming. False promise emails along the way! There is no customer service line and you have to wait days to get a copy and paste generic email, not only that, but addressed to different names of people who are not me. Considering the reviews, they’re going belly up quickly, and rightfully so.

Also, now, March 3, 2025, I still do not have my refund. Additionally, I’ve now received a bill for $186.75 from UPS, despite American Tall stating, twice, in writing, that they are soley responsible for the fees. Do not buy from this company. This is despicable.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! The company does not have a phone number, and any "conversation" is with an automated bot. If you have any issues with the purchase, delivery, or product, good luck in getting any assistance. I think this may be a scam company and I would not order from them.

American Tall quickly resolved this issue!!

BEWARE U.S. SHOPPERS! I started buying from American Tall and was very happy with the quality. But on my last purchase, which was on Feb 1st, I received notice of a delay. When I finally got an update with a delivery date of tomorrow, there was a a $96.02 Brokerage and Government Charge, which exceeded the entire cost of my order. American Tall really should make U.S. customers aware before making the purchase. I realize it was UPs that took the money but it left a very bad taste and I can't continue being a customer.

I received an email that states the same as American Tall responded to my review. I feel this is a very fair offer and will be letting them know I accept. I had just found this business in December and placed an order for Christmas gifts for my wife. We were very happy with the fit and quality and subsequently placed a few more orders. The added fees were a mix of disappointment and anger. We will probably wait until we are sure the issue has been resolved before placing another order, but do look forward to future purchases. Thank you American Tall for responding so quickly.

This is a Canadian company

This is a Canadian company that represents by name and receipt address that they are American. I have waited five days for my purchase to ship, and was today told "there is a delay at the border' and then a few minutes later told "your items will ship tomorrow" by the same person. Their web site does disclose they are in Canada - buried on the help page under "about us." I hope I get my items and don't have to charge this back but I'm not optimistic given today's interaction. I will not do business with this company again.

Finally, no more cold wrists!

Just received my loungewear top and trousers. I did the sizing test and it told me I needed size L in Extra Tall. So that’s what I ordered and it fits perfectly. I am now the proud owner of a ladies top, where the sleeves cover half of my hands!!

Order never received

Due to the Canada Post strike, I never received my order. According to UPS tracking, it was returned to AmericanTall. I have not received a refund, nor have they attempted to resend my order once the Canada Post strike ended. After several attempts to contact AmericanTall, I have not received a response.

Clothing isn't actually tall

Ordered button-up shirts for work, they aren't any longer than a normal shirt. Not customized for tall people at all. Completely false advertising and a scam.
