Would throughly recommend Andrew Grant . They sold my late parents bungalow and made a difficult , painful process much easier . Vicky was absolutely fab , very professional and knowledgable and kept us update with viewings, prospective buyers etc . Claire in the office updated us on a regular basis in respect of the viewers feedback and was always available to advise . Tonia was so supportive during the exchange / completion process and supported us through out. Fantastic team in general and deserve our praise . They went above and beyond to support us and we are eternally grateful . Would sell my own house through them when the time is right . Keep up your good work . Alison xx

Andrew Grant Sales Team cannot be beaten for efficiency, help, care and attention and also friendliness. We have just sold our property after a nightmare with our Solicitor. The girls at the Sales Team and the Sales Progression Team were superb, dealing with every single problem we encountered. We have no doubt at all that without them, our Sale would never have gone through. They went over and above the call of duty and were always encouraging us that everything would be ok in the end. We cannot recommend them enough especially Eleanor, Samantha, Clodagh and Emily. Thank you so much girls for everything you did for us, we really appreciate it!

Had to move House twice in the last year, Andrew Grant were terrible, every aspect they were terrible. Expensive unresponsive and nasty, when it came to paying the fees, I eventually got £400 off after the Ombudsman review who were useless! Dont use them!! I used Fine and Country 12 months earlier and they were worth every penny, excellent professionals.
Andrew Grant missold a house to us by giving us false information and telling endless lies to try and cover their backs. We have had 4 months of hell thanks to them and have now had no choice but to pull out from the purchase as the Conveyancing process which we were informed would take 6-8 weeks was now into its 5th month and was still no closer to being sorted. Terrible customer service aswell. Avoid at all costs
Tried repeatedly to view property in the Worcester area via email and phone without response. Eventually had a courtesy call to apologise which was good but despite all local estate agents working really hard to accommodate viewings at the end of the covid 19 crisis found Andrew Grant totally disorganised. By the time they finally contacted us to view a property we had viewed a house twice and put an offer in. If I was a client hearing this I’d be extremely disappointed!! Avoid unless you want an antiquated service that can’t keep pace with a fast moving Industry
Very unprofessional outfit, competing clients against each other to improve their commission. Extremely poor Communication, wrong information given. Poor customer experience, I lost my dream home because of them. Use someone else.
Excellent in branch set up and service in Kidderminster. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who do their utmost to get things sorted. Special mention to the amazing Justin Heath for his Herculean efforts with regards to our property, by far the best estate agent in Kidderminster
Put a huge effort in to sell our house and gave good timely feedback (very different from our previous estate agent). Justin in Kidderminster Office clearly cares about both sellers and buyers and has an excellent manner with people. Far from the usual shiny suited wonders! Would recommend.
Expensive renewal fee, don't offer any kind of help in getting hold of the landlord to solve problem. Landlord doesn't rate them either you can tell.
Unprofessional, expensive and bad experience with the deposit.
They have been unable to deal with the landlord to sort out the problems with the flat. Would not recommend them.
