sofa ordered two weeks ago, still no delivery date and company is nowhere to be seen, no communication, ignored calls and no explanation.
another useless furniture company who can't do one job properly......now I don't know if and when I get my sofa or money back as impossible to communicate!

Another disappointing experience with this company. Order with extreme caution.

Please see my previous review regarding the poor build quality of one of their sofa beds, which started falling apart after just six months.

After months of being completely unresponsive to my requests for a replacement or refund, they eventually contacted me around eight months later, claiming there was a new management team in place due to previous issues. That initially gave me some hope.

They agreed to send replacement sofa ends to resolve the faulty design issue. My team then took the time to fit the new parts, only to discover the company had sent the wrong colour, leaving me with a mismatched sofa.

I immediately raised this with them, but once again, after repeated follow-ups, I’ve been ignored.

Poor product quality, poor customer service and repeated false hope.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I would not recommend this company and suggest others proceed with caution.
We ordered a bed, and unfortunately it arrived without a mattress. We were later told this was due to the courier company “forgetting to load it,” which was quite concerning. Additionally, the delivery itself was handled carelessly, with parts of the bed not treated properly.
The bed arrived damaged — not due to transport, but because of apparent manufacturing defects that seemed to have been poorly concealed. Some elements were also missing, including the chrome legs. On top of that, the product did not match the description or photos on the website — the color and overall appearance were noticeably different.
What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of customer service. Despite several attempts to contact the company via email, WhatsApp, and phone, we received no response at all.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Hard to communicate, only watsap meseges some time, thinking it is a scam, ordered 7 weeks ago still not delivered.

Very happy with my corner sofa bed from Anna Furniture. The quality is great, it feels sturdy and comfortable both for sitting and sleeping. The design looks modern and fits perfectly in my living room. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived well packed and on time. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely recommend them.
