So far, I haven't had a single problem at all that I am aware of. Each call has been patched through clearly and politely and efficiently. Each call is matched with a brief email report detailing the call and the caller for our records. Hopefully, they keep up the good work and keep the staff happy- if staff shortages mean less good service, I am sure we would notice immediately. They have all been great. Really great service and Andy was great at accomodating what we needed as business any time I spoke to him. I have just started to use AnswerConnect and I am delighted by the results. Over the years I have occasionally used similar services but none has impressed me until now. The sign up process was simple and efficient. This was followed up by an introductory call before the system went live.
When the system was activated I decided to make a series of test calls to see what sort of impression my customers would have. The result was exactly right being a mix of friendly efficiency and helpfulness. Thanks again for doing such a great job
We have been using Answer Connect now for a while and as a small plumbing & heating business this has contributed significantly to our recent success.
As a small team we missed out on so many first time enquiries due to us being on site or spending the little spare time we have with the family.
They answer our calls 24/7 and they have our call flow configured so that if I toggle myself to available within the app then they live transfer the call and if I am unavailable they text me a message - all at no extra cost.
Would highly recommend vs other call handling firms I experimented with.

Having recently moved services to Answer Connect. I couldn't be happier, the quality of the messages taken are far superior, the staff are far more professional and friendly. Lastly as a young company we have halved our costs compared with the company before which was meant to 'one of the best'. Don't look any further the customer support is fist class and it's superb value for money !!
