Answer Connect supply an excellent…

Answer Connect supply an excellent service. When they begin working with you they put in lots of time refining the script to get you the best results when you go live. They are really easy to contact to make amendments to the script and keep in contact to check how things are going. The calls are answered consistently and effectively.

Excellent Service - Highly Recomended
Sales executive, Joanne, that I dealt with was clear, accommodating and provided excellent customer service.
I then dealt with Jill in the set up of our specific needs who was also excellent.
The service so far has been as advertised and worked perfectly.
Great payment model and after care too.

Great service

We have been monitoring our call handling for some time .I must admit I am very impressed with the service AnswerConnect provides for us.All operators have been handling calls for Drain Doctor Aberdeen on a very high professional level.There were few calls when the operators did not have the right keyword to work with ,but they used a common sense and made sure a customer is satisfied with the answer.I will be honest the people outside our company and supply chain would not have a clue what those keywords actually mean. The operators acted as if they are very familiar with the above mentioned concepts.They were not confused they just acted normal.That was superb .They were also magnifison while handled straight forward calls
I want to express my deep appreciation for your and your operators efforts.

Out of hours call handling.

i can confirm that the service our company receive from Answer-connect is excellent.
They handle all of our out of hours calls very efficiently and professionally.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. I get all my missed calls through very quickly on either e mail or text enabling me to respond quickly wherever I am.

No complaints from customers regarding how my calls are serviced.

Very useful service

Megacall - Very happy with service

we use this service for out of hours emergency support and even though we don't make the most use of the system as our systems are extremely robust, they have always made sure we have what we need. Great customer service!
