My Portfolio Manager, Julie Cheetham, deals efficiently with new business and annual renewals, negotiating hard to get me the best price. Cai Rolfe, my Business Development Manager, is on hand for exceptional queries and contacts me throughout the year to check all is well. And, when the worst happens and a claim is necessary they have their own Claims Dept. who lead you through the process step by step. The best Independent Brokers by far! Amazing! Anthony Bristow dealt with our claim when the pubs were shut down due to Covid 19. My husband and I both fell in love with Anthony and want to marry him. He persisted with the insurers and took our miserly offer of £6000 up to £30,000 through sheer grit and determination not to allow the insurers to get away with a small offer. We would definitely use him again even if he does turn down our marriage proposal, we'll still love him!
