Fast delivery. Price for the same item was way below other competitors. A no-brainer.

The product came fast. When we had an issue of 2 incorrect pieces sent they were replaced fairly fast. Only issue was there was no communication about new pieces being sent or not having me sent messages that I was not happy because I did not know they were being replaced. Have not set up yet as we had family emergency.

Ordered a wicker swivel chair from AOSOM CANADA INC. a few weeks ago and the experience was great. The first chair arrived exactly as expected with the brown cushions/covers I wanted. I liked it so much that I clicked the same link and ordered a second one.

Unfortunately, the second one that arrived was grey instead of brown. I assumed this would be an easy fix, but after calling customer service three separate times and speaking with three different representatives, I was repeatedly told “they don’t do that.”

I even offered to PAY for a matching brown cover instead of asking for a free exchange, and they still refused. I asked to speak to a manager during all three calls and was told it “wouldn’t make a difference.”

Very disappointing customer service for what should have been a simple solution to keep a repeat customer happy. Too bad, because I was looking forward to spending more of my hard-earned money with this company.

Quick delivery, made for smaller shoes and sandals

Beautiful product but not the delivery they left that in The entrance but i was a mobility réduction anibody could get it in The entrance of The block

I phone twice the client services and twice i’ve talk to a person to get reasure about delivery. That for me is commitment toward byers

The delivery time was reasonable; no issues there.

However, the quality of the bed is disappointing. It has not even been a month, and it already SQUEAKS whenever someone lies down on it or tries to turn.

It genuinely wakes me up at night when I turn.....

I weigh 225 pounds, and another person who weighs 160 pounds tried it as well, with the same result.

I would strongly encourage you to look for another bed.

Addressed my issues with customer support team and we were able to find a resolution. Very pleased with their response time and attention to my concerns.

Fast delivery; good product

The pump was much smaller than I thought, not overly impressed.

Received my garden box in a few days. Very happy with it.

Product arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The chairs we ordered were relatively easy to assemble which is not always the case.

We installe the gazabo and the next day 2 side were completely bent.
Not recommend at all

Very fast shipping, this shelf unit was packaged to prevent impact damage, all items complete, and well designed. Easy to assemble but the shelf hanging clips could be corrected with straight rods that push into the bottom of the shelf boards. Having a point allows the clips to move easily. Very nice storage unit and appreciate the transaction. Thank You!

Raised garden beds were easy to put together and sturdy.

Product was as advertized, well packaged, good instructions and easy to assemble. Delivery was quick and friendly.
