I had 4 very unhelpful interactions by email. Received absolutely NO assistance from customer service. I asked them to cancel my order. They lied that the items were already shipped. According to FedEx they hadn’t picked it up yet. Product is ok. Just ok. Holes don’t line up and screws were missing. I won’t shop here again. It’s really too bad because I see many items that interest me. I’ll give my money to another company.
