Very nice chair, well made, good delivery. Would have given it a 5 but I had to return it. Angle of seat made it impossible for my elderly husband to get out of it. It said 17” high but the seat slopes down in the back which makes it difficult to get out of.
I went with one of dining chairs instead.

Good price for a great product. Shipping was fast as well. Definitely ordering from here again.

The hat showed up missed shaped on the top with massive dents and caved in where you can’t reshape it again.

Ordered a wicker swivel chair from AOSOM CANADA INC. a few weeks ago and the experience was great. The first chair arrived exactly as expected with the brown cushions/covers I wanted. I liked it so much that I clicked the same link and ordered a second one.

Unfortunately, the second one that arrived was grey instead of brown. I assumed this would be an easy fix, but after calling customer service three separate times and speaking with three different representatives, I was repeatedly told “they don’t do that.”

I even offered to PAY for a matching brown cover instead of asking for a free exchange, and they still refused. I asked to speak to a manager during all three calls and was told it “wouldn’t make a difference.”

Very disappointing customer service for what should have been a simple solution to keep a repeat customer happy. Too bad, because I was looking forward to spending more of my hard-earned money with this company.

Unfortunately, I have already contacted your customer service department multiple times using both the email address and phone number provided. Each time, I have received essentially the same response without any meaningful action being taken to address my concerns.

What is most frustrating is the apparent lack of effort to resolve the issue. Repeatedly directing me back to the same contact information is not a solution, especially when I have already exhausted those avenues on several occasions.

I would appreciate having this matter escalated to a supervisor or manager who is willing to review the situation and take appropriate steps toward a resolution.
