Highly recommend

I was desperate for a portable mesh raised bed for my dog he was suffering in this awful heat I had solved his issue with a large bed for home and googled for a
Portable one. I couldn’t believe it when I found just the ticket Above all the delivery was free and came next day my aging pug has sailed through the recent heatwave

The service has a problem

The service has a problem. So my order got dispatched through DPD in which did get delivered, but the big problem was. As its in 2 large boxes, it got delivered with 1 guy and if you live in a flat they didn't bring it up stairs. I don't blame the driver, I think Aosom has 2 choose a delivery company that is a 2 person job.

We were very happy with the delivery…

We were very happy with the delivery service, and managed to put it together on my own in a reasonable time was very happy with the quality considering the price. I find it quite comfortable as a sofa and a bed, it is in a spare room so will only be used occasionally and seems perfect for that

Fast delivery and excellent customer service

Delivery was fast and we were very pleased with the items purchased. We had a small problem with one but the issue was resolved almost immediately. Communication and customer service has been excellent! I would definitely recommend.
