The process is easy, fast and the communication is great.

the amenities' such as" walk in closets, space up to date appliances. upgrade property, Courtesy officers,
and beautiful bathrooms, and pantry in kitchen, with accessible covered parking, clubhouse, gas/electric fireplace, landscaping, pool, package items secure at leasing office.

I was looking for apartments in Spencerport NY and Rochester NY keeps coming up

It's like Tinder for apartments and it's absolute garbage. I couldn't bear more than a few minutes on the site to see if most the results are sponsored or not, but it kept giving me results that were not at all close to the parameters I set.

The site "guides" you through so much stuff and requires sign-up and personal info given in order to see ANY results. The whole thing just feels GROSS.

What a joke this site was. I went on looking for my daughter, I put in her budget and it kept showing me places $350 - $600 over her budget????? It was ridiculous.
Then when it's trying to get your profile it stated it was going to show a number of units and to put if I liked it or not. As soon as I "attempted" to merely view the first one it immediately took it away and stated something along the line of "Great now we have an idea as to your likes"???? I didn't even get to view it.
I wouldn't get on this site again if you paid me. Why the heck would you show units over someone's budget??

I am new to the Residences at 3000 Bardin. Ashley (Ash) was the greatest. She was patience and kind assisting me through the process. Accurate and up to minute updates for rent specials, price and availability. All within my search criteria that I had provided. I always checked with actual rental site and it was 99% accurate compared to the other sites I've used.

I appreciate being able to view the units from my home!

Have had apartments in my area forwarded that I didn’t know existed. Great job!

Right now i have seen some lists, just not the right fit yet. I am in hopes to find a 3 room place close to in town, so I can walk to a breckfast restraunte and food store. Shelburne falls, Greenfield or Northampton area.
Thankful for any help.

I have choose Pet friendly apartments but most of the time sent me email the places are pet not allowed. Feel like waste time to check the emails.

I had a great experience the website is easy to use. I found an apartment I really like. I just hope and pray that I get. Like the saying goes leave everything in God’s hands.

Your App has the best way to keep myself and others safe while using the App and it is an easy way to look for their next living situation because of the many, many options that are given to narrow your search if you use the filters. The creator captured a way to look at properties that only fit your individual lifestyle. I’ve been using this APP for a few months and have finally decided that I found exactly what I’m looking for. I hope everyone enjoys using this APP as much as I do/did.
