REPORTED TO FOOD STANDARDS - DANGEROUS IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY NEEDS! I called in advance to ask if they cater for vegans. I was assured that my curry would be made vegan and even added it to the notes section of the order to make sure as I have an intolence to dairy and have been vegan for three years. My VEGAN curry had PANEER (cheese) in it - I am now dealing with the consequences of my dairy intolerance with an upset stomach and sickness! You'd think that was bad enough, my friend then found MEAT in her VEGETARIAN curry!!!!!! We called right away and spoke to a horrible, unhelpful and rude lady called Mel. She accused us of lying, told us (a vegan and vegetarian) we were the ones who added meat to our curry, that paneer is tofu (when tofu isn't on their menu and it was 100% cheese) and that Indian cheese doesn't contain dairy which was an outright lie and I even had to read the Google definition to her on the phone! She was shouting, made an offensive comment about her own staff, "well he is foreign but he knows what he's doing", lied multiple times about what allergens their food contains and treated us like liars. Reporting to Food Standards immediately and highly insist that all with allergies, dietary requirements or just common sense stay away!!!!!!

On entry was shown where to sit down, we then noticed dirty table cloth. Waiter came to our table and we asked it to be changed but he said he only does poppadoms!.
Then we waited and a woman came up and we asked the same thing and she said " what now? I'll put you on another table" so we gave benefit of the doubt, we moved. Waiter came ordered meal, then along came poppadoms and drinks we ordered as quick as you like!
All they were doing was bringing out pop's and people's drinks no food anywhere! No one was getting any food and a couple walked out.
So we waited and waited and waited appx hour 1/2 then we asked where's our food, waiter went off to find food... 20mins later food came out he laughed and said "because you were moved" not even a sorry!... meal for 2 arrived, dried up and tasteless!.we asked for bill then the same woman came over who we was gana pay.
She said"sorry for the wait, we had a couple of accidents!" I said what in the kitchen she said "no a couple of cars had accidents in road" nothing to do with them!. turns out they made sure all the deliveries where sorted and hung the people in the restaurant out to dry!. like an idiot I paid.!
I told her it was dried up and she had the nerve to offer a drink on the house! which we declined.
This was the worst Indian meal we've had and the worst service.. Still once bitten twice shy.
