Horrible customer service
I have ordered many shirts from this company and usually they are exactly what I need and ship super fast. However I have received several shirts with marks on them and even one with holes in it. I contacted customer service by email and was ask to send pictures of the shirts. I then went back and fourth with them accusing me of not buying the shirts from them or that it was my fault for the black marks in them due to where I was probably storing them. Seriously!!! I just opened the package and unfolded the shirts to find a shirt with two holes in it and another with black marks!! They finally said they would refund my money for two of the four messed up shirts, but not before telling me that the shirts I sent pictures of were not even the right color. I will NOT be ordering from them EVER again!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
