My oven was broken - it was the heating element, which has broken before. Appliance repairs NE was easy to make an appointment with, I got one for the next day. They only told me that morning by text what the time window was for the technician to arrive, which wasn't great, but he did arrive when they said and he was able to replace the heating element promptly. He explained what he had done, including that he had used a higher-than-usual quality spare for this since it has broken before. The repair wasn't too expensive, certainly cheaper than a new cooker+oven so well worth it in my opinion.

We feared the washing machine would need replaced as repairing it might not be worth the cost, but repairman was quickly able to identify that the fault wasn't as major as we first thought, and repair was swift and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to call upon their services again in the future.

I had a problem with 2 appliances, a hob and a dishwasher. Appliance Repairs Northeast turned up, diagnosed the problem, ordered me some (admittedly expensive) parts, came back, fitted them, problem solved. Very straightforward.

Broken Dishwasher and oven fixed - Clear information given on what the issues were and on costs involved to fix both appliances. Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Darren arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. It had been made very clear to me prior to the visit that a charge of £50 call out and labour charge would be made, regardless of whether any further work was undertaken, and that I would need to pay for any parts needed. As it happened, Darren identified the issue straight away, and fixed my dishwasher without the need for any new parts. He was in my house for at least an hour - I think that is tremendous value for money. The dishwasher is now working perfectly. This is the third time Ihave used Appliance Repairs Northeast and I can't recrecommend them highly enough. Brilliant service.
