We would like to clarify that the product you received was a parallel import. The packaging included both Bulgarian and Polish text, which is standard for such products, and there were no Russian markings.
This product is approved and sold in pharmacies in Poland. Our product listing also indicates that it may be a parallel import. If you were not satisfied with the product, you had the right to return it, as your order was completed correctly and you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.
