Very bad customer service. If not to say no customer service at all.
They have sent me wrong product and yet said its what I have ordered. One rude email as reply. Nobody picks the phone when I tried to call a few times. It was my last order with them. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Please add comment here becase I made case with Ombudsman regardless fraud activity. I still didnt recive money back as you guys mention as well.
We can have a proper case against them.
I have the same issues with them like you guys. My advice? Made a charge back claim in your bank. They will investigate this and belive me.. they will give you money back as soon as they will gather enough evidence.
Show them trustpilot reviews as well. Polish pharmacy but looks like a scam. Even if this is a legit company… the way how they do things - is illegal.
Of course they disnt give me money back even if I returned parcel ages ago. Of course they didnt provide me proper apology and tracking regerence or exact date lf the refound. Of course they send me pathetic massages after ages no contact.

My partner has been a customer of them for years. It was fine until they updated the website. She cannot log in at all. The message she receives is an authorization error, the email already exists - which is obvious as she used them for years. She tried to use my email address, still rejected, she cannot even create a new account with new details and a new email address. The customer service does not exist, the phone number goes straight into the answer phone and no one calls back. The same with email. So sadly they lost the customer and I have to agree with most negative comments on here. Do not use them.

Impossible to reach over the phone, no replies to emails. No money, no parcel.

Placed order 05/10, paid and got a confirmation email but nothing arrived so far. Emailed them twice now and they are just not replaying.
I corrected the rating because the parcel arrived. I have not received any reply to my emails but to be fair the order has been fulfilled.
