Please avoid- misleading information on product and unbelievably poor customer service
I ordered same product twice and each time the delivery was prompt however in both cases the wrong item was sent. The information on the website suggested the product is suitable for children below 2 years old and on the actual product only for children from 3 years old. I requested for products from both orders to be returned, however the address provided on the website is not complete and Royal Mail and Hermes did not want to accept the parcel. I tried to call on number provided to request full address. In the first attempt- my call was rejected. Second attempt to call had no answer. Therefore I sent an email asking for reply and never heard back either by returning the call or responding to the email. Now that the time for returns has expired I doubt I will get my money back even if they did respond.

I never had a Problem with them but last time I’ve placed the order and never received it. They told me it hasn’t been paid but the transaction has been processed. After contacting them many times I’ve never got the refund as well. I will never order again from these website.

Order delivered in 4 days but no tracking available so didn't know the status.
I have got the order in 4 working days, the only reason I give 4 stars is that there was very poor confirmation of the order and no tracking of the progress in the order dispatch and delivery. After reading those other awful comments and checking the poor rating of this company both here on trustpilot and on Facebook I have really expected the worse. BUT ACTUALLY I GOT ALL MY ORDER AND I'M HAPPY. However I would highly advise company to improve the communication with customers!!

I've used the online pharmacy a few times since my 2021 review, and the service has been awesome! Their communication is excellent, and they are always willing to assist. Moreover, they still deliver to the UK. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
