It has been over 3 weeks since i placed my order. During this time I've tried to contact the company twice ti enquire about order progress but no reply received ive used the company before without problems so it is even more dissapointing how they treat the returning customer. Avoid- fraud!

Disappointed! Placed an order but I couldn't pay. Write an email, asking for help - no response, nothing... Tried to call them several times. Only ones, a lady pick up the phone and apparently she doesn't speak English, because she hang up immediately after my "hello, good morning ". After that noone picks up the phone, so finally I've canceled my order.

Avoid at all costs! It is the same company as polskiekosmetyki, (the same contact email address, telephone number, and company address) so be very careful. I found out about that too late! I placed the order on Polskiekosmetyki, spent more than £35, waiting 3 weeks for delivery. Finally, they refunded the money, without informing you. Be aware that there is no response to emails and calls. Customer service does not exist at this company.
