No refunds for products out of stock
All fine as long as they have all products you order in stock. An item I ordered (among few others) was not available and apart from a scribble on delivery note to say "not available" they have charged the full amount and never issued a refund. I've emailed and called, no reply.

Just a shame they existed really.
I have ordered few things to get up to £25 which qualified for free delivery. Got the order, one of the oils had only 4 months before expired, contacted them, automated message told me to send it back. So the oil itself costed £8 and I paid £4 to send it out. Never seen my money back. The other 2 oils (which only costed £1.50 each) were out of date, had to throw them away. I have contacted them at least once a week, send them emails and messages on Facebook. They did indeed asked me once what was the order number. Never heard anything back afterwards. I placed an order in December. We are in March now. What I see on the internet they are permanently closed now...

Great efficiency!
Reading all those reviews I was scared that I just lost some money, as I’ve ordered from the website without checking beforehand. I’ve ordered things on Saturday, received email saying the order will be processed on Monday, and delivery should be around Friday. I got my parcel on Wednesday, everything was fine received all items in a good condition. It might be case of luck, but I’m definitely happy customer.

Ordered from these before, no issues at all.
Placed another order in January, marked as send, never received my parcel.
Not responding to messages.
The final resolution is - I received a refund from Paypal as I opened a case.
It took about a month to get it from these jokers.

They don’t even deserve a one star . I have been waiting for my order for the past 2 weeks , which should have been delivered next day as I paid £5,5 for Royal Mail next day delivery . I sent 3 mails , tried to call ( it goes straight to voicemail ) . Very, very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from them again

Absolutnie nie polecam zakupów w tej aptece (aptekaleki.co.uk). Zero kontaktu telefonicznego, nie odpowiadają na maile, nie reagują na wiadomości wysyłane na messengera,automatyczna sekretarka włącza się przy próbie dodzwonienia się. Od 3 grudnia czekam na przesyłkę którą zamówiłam! Jedyna forma kontaktu to Facebook, jeżeli masz konto, ale tam reagują tylko na wybrane wiadomości od klientów.
I absolutely do not recommend shopping in this pharmacy (aptekaleki.co.uk) . No phone contact, do not respond to emails, do not respond to messages sent to the messenger, the answering machine turns on when trying to make a call. From the 3rd of December I am waiting for the delivery that I ordered! The only form of contact is Facebook, if you have an account, but there they only react to selected messages from customers.

I ordered some medicine and cosmetics. 3 Products were missing (the most expensive ones on the order). I have not received a refund despite sending many emails! So far I got only 1! reply that said there was a delay in processing a refund as “the boss got stuck in Poland”. I offered to re-send me the missing products (on the website advertised as “available in a large quantity”). No reply, no money back. The customer service is terrible. Please avoid using this company!

Quick delivery, no hassle
Was recommended a medicine from a friend and found it here. Ordered and recieved it two business days later (excluding the Saturday). Prompt and quick. Only niggle was perhaps the amount of various confirmation and delivery e-mails — but it’s good to know the order is being processed. If the medicine works I will use this site again.

i ordered some medicines; they were sent and delivered to the wrong address because Apteka Leki Uk put the wrong address. Then I was promised to get refund and after 22 days after sending text messages on phone and messenger I eventually got money back but not full amount.
