Reliable

I have been an Aptive customer for many years and live close to the woods. I have never experienced bugs in and around the house. Aptive comes to my house four times a year and show up like clockwork. The technicians are usually the same each time which makes it nice as they know where any trouble spots may be without me having to repeat myself each time. Jeremy has been my tech for the past few times and he is outstanding. He documents everything with pictures and sends them to you so I have a record of what was done and what he found. I would highly recommend Aptive.

Pest control

Advance notification of appointment/ indicated rain was due, but verified the treatment was weather resistant/ sent pictures verifying the treat areas emphasized/ notified when treatment completed.

Poor coordination, great work once here

Initially serviced neighbor's house instead of mine. Had to call to reschedule. Tech's initial email states he will text when leaving previous location and text again when arriving. Received neither on originally schedule nor on second service day. Service was good once tech showed up.

efficient service

Communication --- they are great at letting you know when they are coming, both a few days ahead and the day of (via text). The techs are always courteous and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Aptive Environmental for pest control.

It didn't work.

I frequently had to request re-treatments, just because the services didn't work. I am keeping the review at 3-stars because they did honor these requests and never pushed back, but it still didn't help. In the end, I made it through my contract period then cancelled. Here's a key lesson for pest control - don't sign up for any with contract terms attached. If it actually works, you'll want them to come back and a contract won't be required.

Technicians make or break a company's reputation

The regular technician I have ( which took some time for Aptive to get right) is great. He follows thru and is courteous, thorough and conscientious. While a surprise, he even showed up last evening around 7:30 to complete my service and was just as pleasant asif it was 10:30 in the morning. He never skimped on any facet of his inspection. The only thing I do not like is Aptive's inability to provide a more concise arrival timeday of inspection

Reliable service provider

The technician reached out prior to my visit to alert of his upcoming arrival and suggested an additional service that may be useful. They also provided me the details in an email ahead of time in the event I wanted to take advantage of the service.

Service guys give great service

They text when on way. I always tell them which gate to use for backyard. They listen to my questions, tell me how they are going to treat an area, always ask if there is a certain area that’s been a problem. They text pictures of what areas worked on. They are friendly, Polite, Knowledgeable and Respectful.
