When getting a call about what aptiv is all about, I explained that I had a mouse issue inside my house and thats my focus. The CSR asked about bugs and such and I said sure but nothing crazy and brought up that mice were my main concern. He told me that they could absolutely help me and the cost would be 100 for first visit and $45 every 3 months. I even asked for clarification and said it back to him. When making an appt for them to come, I had a meeting that day and said my mother would be home and asked if that would work because i would be unreachable. He said it was no problem and he took my mother's phone number. The day of appt, I get a text of what time they will be there while I was driving to my meeting so didnt see it right away. While I was in my meeting my phone is buzzing like crazy and it was my mom. I had several messages saying that they couldnt do anything until I signed the contact. My moms message said that the tech wasnt very rude saying that I should have been there and that until I sign, he isnt allowed to do anything. I ended up signing docusign without reading. After work that day my mom told me that the tech was very rude and he did nothing for the mice inside the house. He put a trap outside and some glue traps down after my mom told him repeatedly that this was the whole reason for the service. They were suppose to return a month later but when I called nothing was scheduled so I told the CSR about the issues I had and she said to that the indoor mice aren't part of the service which made me very upset. She said she would send someone out to redo the service for no extra charge and I said what is thay gona do when I have a mice problem not a bug problem. Thats doesnt make sense. But she ignored my issue and kept going back to how I could talk to the tech when he gets there. I was at work when the next tech came. Mother said he was alot nicer and knew more of what he was doing but when talking about the indoor mice, he said that it wasnt part of their services where my mother took out the contract and showed where it says they do. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt have much with him but would put a few snap traps out and if I wanted to cancel service I would have to pay $195 to get out of the contract. So I called to speak with them about this. The first lady didnt really help. She apologized but she wanted me to pay my first monthly bill which I had already paid the $100 + $45 for the first visit. She told me if I paid for the month that she could get me out if the rest of my contract. And then she proceeded to transfer me to a new person. So told him the whole story. He apologized over and over and told me that there was no way to get out of the contract besides paying the $195 and that i wasnt even in the rodent package. But what he could do is lower my payment to $35 month and I said no. I just wanted out of it. He then said he could take me to $35 and include the rodent package. turned it down. He said he could make it $30 including rodent and all paperwork would show that I've had issues with techs being rude, my service wasnt up to standard and he was going to escalate my complaint etc. I accepted. I had been on the phone for over an hr and I still needed my issue fixed. So now im stuck for 2 years and im hoping I have a better experience going forward.

Our tech today was Zion, he was very thorough with his spraying and photos. He found some areas of concern that I will see to. He also took the time ro explain a current promotion that is being offered, although I am not interested at this time.
