Amazing service from Tanii. I wasn't sure what I needed to order so having looked back on last order I was given all the information I needed to place my new order. Great service. I received the filter kit the day after placing the order. I contacted them online re installing the unit and Jamie emailed me details along with filter replacement instructions. All very quick and efficient.

I have shopped for many years with Pure Flo, buying a water tap system & renewing new carbon filters they are easy to change over, they are a reasonable priced. My family drinks lots of water through the system they refuse to drink tap water. Thanks for your reliable service.

I received an e Mail, the same day that I made the enquiry, that outlined how to change the filter. The description had photos and specific details that made it easy for me to relate to the unit I was changing. I was able to do the job successfully.
