Made an order Sunday and heard nothing from them so I requested to cancel the order on Thursday. They got back to me on Friday and said what I ordered was out of stock. It shouldn't take five days for you to realise that and communicate it with me. Waste of my time as I needed it before going on holiday. Much better companies to order from.

I made the right choice making my way to the Aqua Swim Supplies shop to get face to face expert advice on swimming goggles. I was provided with a range of goggle choices and advice based on personal experience that filled me with confidence that I was in safe hands. I have now used my swimming goggles and so can vouch for the fact that the help I received was spot on. No more leaking goggles for me!! Thank you so much.

As someone with a background in swimming sports, I have struggled to find swimsuits that suit my needs: performance-ready, attractive, unlined and flattering to my shape. I have found the offer of training brands in the UK to be limited to only a handful with dull design and colours, with even fewer available in High Street retailers. Online searches are not much better, as the information on models is patchy and inaccurate. It was therefore great to come across Aqua Swim Supplies, which offer a good range both in store and online.

Aqua Swim Supplies completely changed that experience. I was able to visit their store with a wide range of training swimsuits in stock. The team was friendly, helpful, and focused on finding the right swimsuit for me. They also went the extra mile to find the perfect model for me, one that met my technical needs and was favourable to my figure.

Aqua Swim Supplies is rare find for a shop that combines expertise, choice and excellent service. A necessary reference point for swimming gear for any keen swimmer, looking range of choice and quality. Fully recommended!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and clearly know their stuff, their expertise really made a difference. They stock an amazing range of gear, and now that they have a physical shop, it’s even better. Being able to try things out before buying was a real bonus; it honestly felt like being a kid in a sweet shop! I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing customer service . We had to exchange the trunks few times first online then we went to the shop . There they were absolutely amazing , knowledgeable and kind . My swimmer tried on several trunks and all the staff were were super patient and helpful . We found the perfect fit , we got some great googles and well and left we a lively tote bag from Aquaswim . Cannot stop spreading the word about them .

These guys are great ! My daughter had her heart set on a particular Amanzi swimsuit and was really disappointed when the one we ordered was a bit too small for her. I contacted the company as the correct size was out of stock but they managed to find one in the right size, then organised the return and got the new one out to me on next day delivery as we needed it quickly. Really fantastic customer service from Alex and the team. Highly recommend

I have ordered quite a few things from Aqua Swim Supplies and always had great service. They offer a great selection of products at competitive prices and the service is fantastic. I’ve had to exchange a swimsuit due to sizing and this process was really easy and hassle free and also dealt with their customer service regarding prices and they were very helpful. Have had Speedo, Amanzi and Funkita and all been excellent quality. Will definetly continue to order from them, good customer service is so important and they’ve got it.

I've been looking for a particular Speedo swimsuit that I had my heart set on for ages. I saw it advertising on aqua swim supplies but when I went to purchase it it had sold out. Gutted! I decided on a whim to call the store and see if they had any in.

I spoke with Alex who couldn't have been more helpful. After much digging in the stockroom he and his colleague managed to find the swimsuit. Result!

Alex then spent a further 20 minutes on the phone helping me look for a matching hat and goggles.

My swimsuit arrived today and I am so happy.

Absolutely faultless service. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If only all retailers were like aqua swim supplies.

I have used Aqua swim supplies for all of my daughter’s racing costumes and other bits. Debbie couldn’t be more helpful providing advice and feedback on costumes.
It’s rare to get outstanding customer service these days but I will always go back to them and pick up the phone for sound advice.

Only buy my daughters swimwear and equipment from here. What they don't know about racesuits isn't worth knowing! Customer service an communication is exemplary. Always a friendly face at galas or a cheery voice at the end of the phone to answer my questions! Thanks for being so utterly fab

AVOID I made the stupid mistake of ordering from this company without checking Trustpilot. I have sent a product back for a refund using the tracked service provided by them, and they have confirmed receipt. However, they have not provided the refund or responded to my emails. I have opened a case with my credit company today. AVOID
