Very happy with my product and arrived promptly.

Excellent customer service. I called up for some information on an item and the lady on the phone was very helpful and got it sent out the same day for me.

Awful company. Impossible to get money back for a return sent. Will never use again.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Items were delivered quickly. I had to return a couple of things as they were too small and got my refund back within 1 week. Amazing service :) great range of products too.

Appalling service. Goggles at nearly £40 were faulty. Sent back and eventually when chased again said another pair was in the post. Waited a week and contacted them again as no goggles or confirmation of posting and was told they had been lost in post. Credit note issued but wanted money back to buy goggles elsewhere. No reply to 4 emails. Avoid this company, dreadful aftercare once they have got your money

I order 3 items totalling £55.93. I received 2 of the items and a line was drawn through the most expensive items with no note about a refund or a separate delivery. I tried calling them to inquire and they hung up every time. I have sent them an email with the details. I suspect I will have to make a claim through the credit card company as I notice another review says the same about a return. I do not know about anyone else but life is hard enough with limited time and this type of company is well worth avoiding. At least with Amazon you are well protected. Unlike this company.

I had great experience shopping at Aquaswim supplies for adult, child swimsuits and kit. It was hard to get correct fitting for teen swimsuit and swapped several time to bigger size and good advice about different brand sizing. A multi discount wasn’t applied after final checkout but this refunded within a day. It’s good to speak to someone who knows the stock and offers etc.

I ordered 6 items from AquaSwimSupplies, which were promptly received. I then returned 3 of them. Beware - you have to pay your own return shipping costs, which can be expensive for bulky items. It is now 3 weeks after AquaSwimSupplies received my returns (as proved by the Royal Mail tracking number) and I have no refund, despite chasing them 4 times. I am about to raise a chargeback via my credit card supplier. The one star is for the goods received, which were good quality and promptly sent. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered a race cap and bottle for water here in early April 2021. To be honest I wasn't sure about Aqua Swim Supplies at the beginning, as there weren't many reviews about them on the Internet. However, everything went great. Orders across the United Kingdom have been delivered on time and without any problems. The quality of the stuff is at a superb level.

I recently ordered a funkita two piece that was sold with top and bottom listed separately on the website. They looked like a good colour match although different patterns. Staff contacted me to check I knew they were a mismatch, then to let me know that the colours didn't really match and would I like them to pick something out for me instead. Very helpful and once I picked, the post was very fast to Ireland. I would definitely buy again from this company. My only quibble would be the price of post to Ireland - it's quite steep. Otherwise very happy with service.

Order placed on 30th November. Have heard nothing further by 14th December. No response to email. Customer service number does not answer. I realize things are difficult during Covid but this level of service is unacceptable.

UPDATE: when contacted via their webpage message service I had prompt reply and order now received.
