I ordered the 13x6 ombré platinum…
I ordered the 13x6 ombré platinum balayage frontal wig. The color was great however the quality of the wig was not the greatest. No smell, not a lot of shedding however it is extremely thin it’s not possible to do a middle part or side the hair literally has to be straight back for it to look decent due to the hair not being full enough to have hair hanging in your face, nothing but gaps and does not hold a curl. The wig was only worn for literally one night because of how thin the wig was.

Don’t waste your money like I regretfully did . I spent the last 3 days going back and forth with their extremely lame customer service that talks in circles and doesn’t take accountability or even try to fix any of the issues. They couldn’t care less. Aggravating! Just defends and skirts around what you want addressed. My first issue was the length. They are extremely sneaky and misleading about that , so be aware. If you think you’re getting 18 inches , you’re getting 14 only.The picture of the models and size chart should be on full display right along with the other pics they have to promote it . They defend their shady way of measuring from the top of the head down. So that shortchanges the length , but want you to spend the extra money you’re getting less of. Other wig companies didn’t do that. When I ordered 18 inches , I got that from them. I should have stuck with the one I ordered from before. Most of them measure from the nape down , not this deceitful crap Arabella pulled.
I also brought to their attention the bad quality of the hair. Breakage down the strands and it’s so thin !
I basically blew money I saved up for , for something that I won’t be wearing ! I want nothing to do with them ever again 😡

Hair length is measured from the crown (top of the head) to the ends with the hair fully stretched straight. This is the standard measurement method used by most wig manufacturers. Purchased the 13x4 chocolate wig.

The hair was soft and silky. Thought it would be plucked but I've sent it to my hairdresser to do the plucking.
The results was to perfection fell in love with the wig even more.
Overall great service, great communication and quality, will definetely purchase an HD wig this time

I am very disappointed with my order…
I am very disappointed with my order from Arabella Hair. The wig I received does not match the color shown in the photos on your website. The wig cap is far too small, and after just one rinse, the hair texture became rough and poor quality.
What disappointed me even more was being offered a $10 refund in exchange for leaving a 5-star review. I find this misleading and dishonest because customer reviews should reflect genuine experiences, not be influenced by incentives.
I feel that the product was falsely advertised, and I have wasted my money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Regarding the color difference: Due to factors such as lighting during photography and differences in monitor or mobile screen settings, there may be slight variations in color. However, if the wig you received is significantly different from what was shown on our website, we will carefully investigate whether there was a shipping error or a color variation between production batches.
Regarding the cap size: Our wigs are designed with adjustable straps and elastic bands to fit most head sizes. However, since everyone's head shape is different, we cannot rule out the possibility of an individual sizing variation or a manufacturing issue.
Regarding the hair texture after washing: Under normal circumstances, human hair wigs should remain soft after proper care. If the hair became rough after just one wash, this is not the quality standard we expect and could be related to an individual product issue, the manufacturing process, or the care method used. This is a real review. I've most recently purchased 4 wig units from ARABELLA this month. I've shopped this site for many yrs and I'm always pleased with my units when they arrive.
I've purchased just about every style you can think of from pixie to 30 inches. The hair quality is so soft and full. I usually get 180% density but I also love their super dense units. The hair is always true to length. I've even had a time where I need to make corrections on an order before it shipped and customer service attended to my needs without a problem. Their response time is pretty quick also. Shipping only takes about a week or so. There's such a huge variety of units that it makes you just want one of each🤭 RUN🏃DON'T WALK AND GET YOU A UNIT FROM ARABELLA AND THANK ME LATER.

Get that wig!
This is the first wig that I have purchased while trying to get into wearing wigs, and this exceeded my expectations between the fullness of the wig, the beautiful color, and how invisible this lace is. I’ve had it for about a week and a half now so I can’t speak for longevity but I have high hopes as there is very very minimal shedding, and can definitely hold a curl! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the lace doesn’t come down enough to fully cover my edges, but it could just be because I grow extra hair on my hairline. Besides that if you’re wondering if you should order from this company girl get that wig!! (For reference I got the chocolate brown 13x4 closure glueless wig 220% density.)
