No clue how this company has a 4.5 they…
No clue how this company has a 4.5 they sent me the worst wigs I’ve ever purchased. The hair was rough and stringy and overall poor quality I would’ve done better to get a synthetic one from Amazon . It was not the one pictured on the site. Their website says they accept returns BUT THEY ARE LIARS. They say they’ll start the return and tell you that they’ll be a $20 return fee then they ask if you’re ok with it and when you say yes they send you 20 emails trying to make you change your mind saying things like “you’ll have to pay duties “ “the return will probably take a month “ and still ending with “if you’re ok with that we’ll start the return . Let us know “ They just stall and lie , they never send you the information to do the return and just continue to offering partial refunds to keep the wigs. I spent $436 . Their offer ? $50 partial refund , then $80 , then $130. I went back and forth with them COUNTLESS times . They even suggested that i resell them to a family friend!! It’d be different if the site said no returns but to blatantly lie is absolutely disgusting business practices

The reason we ask for photos before processing the return is not to prevent a return, but to help us verify the condition of the item in advance. This allows us to issue your refund much faster once the package arrives, rather than having you wait for a factory inspection after receipt, which could further delay your refund.
If, after review, the item does not meet the return requirements, we will discuss available solutions and compensation options with you. Our intention is never to force you to keep a product you are unhappy with. Any partial refund offer is simply an optional solution that some customers choose for convenience, not a requirement.
We understand your concerns regarding the return process, and we sincerely apologize if our previous communication made you feel otherwise. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to working with you toward a fair resolution. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter.

I didn’t have a lace the lace was bad. It kept falling off my head, and I can’t curl it it. The curls fall out every time I curls it. So can I get a refund? I did not like this.

This is my first time ordering from Arabella Hair. My wig came a week after I ordered it. However, when I received my order, my box was crushed. I was upset about it being crushed. When I pulled out my unit and felt how soft the hair was, my feelings were better. The hair is soft doesn’t tangle when you run your fingers through it. It doesn’t have a smell and I can’t wait to wear it. I will take some pictures once I install it and after it’s been washed a couple times. I plan to order more wigs from this company.
