I actually really like the hair I ordered. I received it within a decent time frame. The hair is soft and good quality. The only thing is, it doesn't hold the curls well and the tab on the straw string came off. Other than that, I'm pleased with my purchase.

For curl retention, this can sometimes vary depending on styling products or heat settings, and using a light holding mousse or setting spray may help improve the longevity of the curls. OK so I officially got scammed and I reached out to them on all of their platforms. If I were you, I would ask for a charge back from your bank because they can’t keep getting away with scamming people. And I would advise whomever runs trust pilot to not allow all these “ great” Reviews because they are misleading and most certainly fake nothing has improved and if you scroll down through all the bad reviews, you can see that people all the way back in 2024 had the same problem as I do today where the company responded with “we are sorry to hear about your experience and we have now finalized the collaboration with the shipping partner“ that is two years ago nothing has changed. Their responses are AI generated probably ChatGPT, and they are riddled with lies and when you do comment on TikTok or under Instagram, they delete the comments and the comments are not seen by other accounts . The comments under their own TikTok and Instagram posts are their own or spam accounts. Somebody needs to stop them. Furthermore, to prove my point, I will predict that you respond to this new review will sound something like “we are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Let us make it up to you. Can you please send us your order number“ and then you do nothing about it watch. I will need my money back. Please have an eye out for fake reviews.

At this moment, the package is still in normal transit. Please understand that international shipping times are affected by customs clearance, local processing, and carrier limitations in different countries. Don’t buy from here. They took my money without delivering the product and then I got ignored for days when I tried to contact customer service. The customer service number listed on the website never goes through even in the phone timeframe stated on the site and it is an automated voicemail every time you call. They will not give you your money back at all. I have now reported my incident ( not being able to get my money back, and them ghosting me while charging me for a product I have not received) DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The 4.5 trust pilot rate seem very fishy and I should have looked at the lower rates first. And Arabella if you generate some vage response about how apologetic you are that I had a bad experience. Just proves that you purposely went out of your way to ignore my patient pleas for some respons or compensation for the lackluster experience. And only respond in public when it is public . And when you do I will document it to strengthen my case/report. This is absolutely not okay, and a very disappointing experience

UPDATE: this is an utter and complete scam do BOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this website. When i i’ve been contacting customer service for 2 weeks now. And they are super vague and dismissive. When I put on pressure about their shipping and what not they change the statements. Web: 3-6 days run. Costumer service: 4-8 days. I have waited no for both amounts and nothing. I have now reported this to tho police in my country, and they are hopefully looking in to getting mug 328$ back. Furthermore the flat out life in the reply to this message by saying we added some last minute product and that’s why your package is delayed. Never mentioned this in the two weeks I email them. It is also sketchy that the founder terry ann halliday is nowhere to be found on the website. I had to ask to find someone who could figure it out for me. And I called customer service and they put me on flan voicemail. No cue no nothing ( it was within opening hours) anywho if you like quality hair, and wanna get you package DO NOT BY FROM HERE

I decided to really invest in expensive wigs because synthetic wigs are a nightmare to brush and im so happy i did!
