first off… the customer service in this company is exceptional!.I had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Paul and he really delivered exactly what I was looking for. I love Archies and will continue to wear and share the amazing fit they have given the world! AMAZING FLIP FLOPS!

Great customer service and great product! I was sent the wrong item and they quickly sent out the correct item and also let me keep the original item sent. They were quick to reply to my email and handled the entire process quickly and professionally.

Plastic garbage for $100 including shipping. Slides even come in a box. If you return they take a $10 fee from you. Customer service is patronizing if you email. Scammy company and I don’t believe their review system is transparent. The arch is barely there, there is nothing special about these slides- the positive reviews are all for the flip flops I have come to find out. The thongs seem to be well liked but I won’t be finding out as I will never give this company my money again. Just overall awful experience.

Very comfortable and fit very nicely. Definitely feel my feet are more supported than in traditional flip flops. Highly recommend.

Don't bother if you're in EU your order won t arrive and they'll issue a refund which will take over a month to hit your account. One way to get money in I suppose take orders you can't fulfill and then lengthy refunds. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed with the overall service and the entire ordering process. I placed my order weeks ago and experienced extremely poor communication and long delays, with tracking showing no real movement for an extended period. I eventually had to contact the company myself to chase updates and request a resolution.

While I appreciate that a refund was finally issued, the experience from start to finish was frustrating and stressful. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for basic information about an order they have already paid for. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

Customer service is awesome! They got me to me right away with my shipment problem, and problem was taken care of within an hour. It was the best customer service experience I had! I already have a pair of this slippers and I love it! It actually helped with my plantar fasciitis! It is kinda pricey but so worth it! And wouldn’t mind buying more!

Fully met my expectations. Lightweight, perfect fit. Comfortable and versatile. Delighted with my new slides and these will be a summer staple until they wear out...which, judging by my Archies flip flops, will be several years.

I ordered the slides but the flip flops were sent in error. I emailed Archie’s and they literally got back to me straightaway. Once I sent them a photo of label and shoes, they sent me the correct ones. Stating I didn’t have to send the wrong ones back! Excellent customer service and care. I now have a few different colours and will buy more.

I have ordered over 7 pairs of Archie’s, this last pair the order got mixed up. Things happen! Right away Archie’s took care of the mixed up and shipped me off the new correct pair and let me keep the ones that were delivered by mistakes. They are the best!!!

I love Archies. Not only are they the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever worn, but they literally last FOREVER. I received my latest pair (purple Açaí!!) and while I was stretching the straps, one broke. I immediately emailed customer service, and Miah was so helpful. She made an exception and sent me a brand new pair before the damaged pair is returned, because she was aware I needed them for an upcoming trip. You can tell Archies trusts and appreciates their customers.

This is my third pair of Archie’s flip flops. Very comfortable. Great colors. I now have black, red, and brown. Sized well, too.

Love this product helped my planter fasciitis so much. Now i can’t walk on anything else in the house. They look great too! I bought another 2 pairs recently and the customer service is amazing.

BEST FLIP FLOPS
Archies are my favorite flip flop. I do not buy any other brands. This flip flop is the most comfortable flip flop you can find on the market. The arch is so important when wearing shoes. I have literally worn them for hours on end. You cannot do this with a flat sandal. I now own several pair in various colors and will continue buying them always. I highly recommend if your looking for a comfortable flip flip, purchase a pair and test them out yourselves. Thank you Archies for these flip flops, from this most satisfied customer!

Madly in love I love my Archie’s slides. The arch support is everything. I have no arches so my feet was pleasantly happy.

In a world with often mediocre customer service, at best, increasingly performed by tech rather than people, Archies stands out in the best possible way! I have enjoyed your product for quite a while and have recommended Archies to many, but never fully appreciated what great customer service you offer in addition to your high quality, comfortable shoes that come in a great variety of colors. I want to especially recognize and appreciate Ken on Archies’ customer service team for going above and beyond to correct a small fulfillment error. He made what could have been a frustrating experience an absolute delight.

After buying the fabulous comfortable navy flip flops last summer I decided to order the brown slides this time. Unfortunately I received brown flip flops instead. I contacted customer services who immediately apologised for their error and told me to keep the flip flops FOC and to expect the correct slides in a couple of days. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company and their amazing products

Well folks at this point I own five pair with the new red ones on the way. I love these and find I can walk all day in them. I accidentally ordered the brown ones is a men's size. Before I could send them back my boyfriend stole them. I gave the web site to my pedicurist, now she has a couple pair. Also, they clean up like new with a little soap and water.

I’ve had the flip flops before, they’re absolutely wonderful! I just purchased another pair along with some sliders. The flip flops are fabulous! So comfy, wearable all day everyday! But don’t bother buying the sliders …. They do not support, your feet slide out on the toes …. I just couldn’t keep them in or get to grips with them at all 😫 I got in touch with customer service and got absolutely no joy whatsoever!!! Totally disappointed in them, and with the customer service !
