I bought Archies for the first time this year and within a few days I was purchasing a second pair. The quality is good, I love the arch support, they are light weight and I wore them comfortably all day!
I had to email customer service with a question and within minutes I had an answer and we had a resolution. It was simpler and much easier than I was anticipating.

Great product when they don't break. Been buying Archies for about 4+ years. and the ones that do last are fine, very comfortable. But 1 out of 2 i've purchased has snapped, regardless of who in the family of 4 are wearing them. Want to get it replaced under warranty? Good luck. Be prepared to hound and hound them to follow through on their promise, ignoring your emails and repeating themselves over and over like a robot. No phone number to call, so you're stuck dealing with unanswered emails to one communal inbox. Shocking to think this is what it means to "support australian business". Won't ever be buying from Archies again, so sick of paying $40 for a pair of rubber that breaks faster than a kmart pair. No thanks. Took them almost 3 months to send me a replacement for my thongs that broke in less than 6 weeks, finally after sending multiple screen shots they followed through on their warranty. Absolutely shocking.

I love my Archies. I do not wear anything else now. The arch is a game changer for people with arch problems in their feet. I now have 4 pairs. Thank you too the genius who invented them.

Just the most comfortable flip flops I’ve owned so much so I’m now waiting for my 6th pair to arrive. Wear them all day every day through the summer and then they become my slippers through the autumn.

I got these flip flop in pink for my birthday, I asked my family to get them because of the good reviews. Due to me getting older I have not been able to enjoy walking in flip flops for years. I put these on and stayed in them 5 hours walking up and down the street of down town Chicago. My feet felt great when I arrived home. I need all the colors now.

I have had problems with my Achilles for about 6 weeks. I have been wearing my new Archies for about 4 days and today the pain has almost gone. The arch support has been amazing, will definitely buy more colours, extremely comfortable

Honestly the best flip flops ever.
They are so comfortable and the colour choice is amazing. I couldn’t understand why you would need more than one pair, but after wearing the first pair the whole of my holiday and I am now ordering a couple of other colours.
The 60 day comfort guarantee is a great idea too, but I wouldn’t expect many returns!
The only thing that would be better is free returns, so you could order a selection.

The arch support is amazing, and really helps my plantar fasciitis - in fact, I struggle to walk comfortably without them, or my arch support sketchers. However, I had problems with my flip flops being too tight across the straps which caused me pain and sore red marks. I reached out to customer support and they replied same day asking for photos of my feet to confirm sizing was right, and then said it was, so to try stretching techniques. They sent me pictures and videos on how to do this, and it’s amazing, my flip flops now fit perfectly!

I also had an issue with a small area of damage which looked like it might get worse over time.

I reached out again and again got an almost instant reply. Due to the warranty you get, they agreed to send me a replacement pair no problem.

Outstanding customer service and no risks whatsoever if you want to try these flip flops. You can’t lose. If you suffer with your feet like I do, order a pair or two today!

I wanted to love these flip-flops. They looked great, I love the old school look. They were comfortable. The arch support was exactly what I wanted.
Since I live in Maine our summers are short. I purchased them last summer and wore them a handful of times.
I brought them out this summer, and after one wear, the thong ripped from the base.

first off… the customer service in this company is exceptional!.I had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Paul and he really delivered exactly what I was looking for. I love Archies and will continue to wear and share the amazing fit they have given the world! AMAZING FLIP FLOPS!

Great customer service and great product! I was sent the wrong item and they quickly sent out the correct item and also let me keep the original item sent. They were quick to reply to my email and handled the entire process quickly and professionally.

Plastic garbage for $100 including shipping. Slides even come in a box. If you return they take a $10 fee from you. Customer service is patronizing if you email. Scammy company and I don’t believe their review system is transparent. The arch is barely there, there is nothing special about these slides- the positive reviews are all for the flip flops I have come to find out. The thongs seem to be well liked but I won’t be finding out as I will never give this company my money again. Just overall awful experience.

Very comfortable and fit very nicely. Definitely feel my feet are more supported than in traditional flip flops. Highly recommend.

Don't bother if you're in EU your order won t arrive and they'll issue a refund which will take over a month to hit your account. One way to get money in I suppose take orders you can't fulfill and then lengthy refunds. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed with the overall service and the entire ordering process. I placed my order weeks ago and experienced extremely poor communication and long delays, with tracking showing no real movement for an extended period. I eventually had to contact the company myself to chase updates and request a resolution.

While I appreciate that a refund was finally issued, the experience from start to finish was frustrating and stressful. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for basic information about an order they have already paid for. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

Customer service is awesome! They got me to me right away with my shipment problem, and problem was taken care of within an hour. It was the best customer service experience I had! I already have a pair of this slippers and I love it! It actually helped with my plantar fasciitis! It is kinda pricey but so worth it! And wouldn’t mind buying more!
