What a scam
EDIT AFTER REPLY: Unfortunate and convenient my order cannot be located, odd that I would have over a dozen emails with the Arctic Warriors customer service team about my order. And I was NEVER informed the order would ship split. When I received half the order and asked was the first I was told of it. While I am fine waiting for the rest to arrive, I assume that by October I would have the rest of an order placed in July. When over 50% of reviews are 1 star and call out scam, it's a SCAM.
What a scam! I ordered a chiller and the maintenance kit from them. The chiller arrived direct from China and works fine, although not anything impressive. But the maintenance kit was a scam. They sent only the filters, none of the chemicals. They refused to provide tracking for weeks. When I disputed the charge with my CC company they sent fraudulent tracking information to the CC company attempting to show a delivery that didn't happen. They also lied about communications saying I didn't respond to attempts to communicate form them, which I was able to prove untrue.STAY AWAY!! Mid-Level products at best and they are unethical scammers.

Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge
Purchase Date: July 3, 2025
I purchased the Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge on July 3, 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
When I placed the order, I confirmed over the phone with a company representative that I was purchasing the full product, not just the chiller. However, I only received the chiller. When I reached out to customer service, management insisted that the recorded call did not include this discussion — essentially implying that I was being dishonest. I then had to pay an additional fee to receive the rest of the full package I believed I had already purchased.
For the next two months had issues with the unit displaying error code. I was asked to send photos and videos, which became very time-consuming and frustrating. I eventually discovered that changing the filter seemed to fix the issue — but this was through my own troubleshooting, not any helpful support from the company.
Additionally, the representative had told me that the unit included both heating and cooling functions, but it only chills. When I asked to exchange it for the model I was originally thought I was buying, I was first told it would be possible — then later told it wasn’t. Management again claimed to have recordings that contradicted me.
The chiller also fails to maintain the set temperature. It continues to cool past the selected temperature, and the company once again requested that I provide a video to prove this — which is an unreasonable and impractical request. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak directly with a manager, but the manager refuses to communicate by phone and will only respond by email. This makes resolving any issue a drawn-out, frustrating process.
Ultimately, we’ve decided to return the unit. Despite the website advertising “no hidden fees” and “no need for original packaging,” the company charges a fee and states it requires the original box.
At this point, we’re returning the product anyway — not because of the product alone, but because of the horrendous customer service and lack of accountability. We cannot in good conscience continue to support this company, even if it means losing a few hundred dollars in return fees.
I will not recommend Arctic Warrior to anyone. The communication, support, and honesty from management have been the worst I’ve encountered with any high-priced product.

The Arctic Warrior Ice Bath has the…
The Arctic Warrior Ice Bath has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. For a product that costs several thousand dollars of hard-earned money, the company’s approach is unacceptable. The manager will only communicate via email, which leads to long delays and frustrating back-and-forth with no genuine attempt to resolve issues.
Their advertising claims a “100% risk-free purchase”, but that’s misleading — if you’re not satisfied, they charge a return fee of several hundred dollars. That is not what most people would consider risk-free.
Given the poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading return policy, I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
Warranty Nightmare — Broken Pump, No Resolution After 9 Months
Terrible warranty experience. My pump failed, and instead of honoring the warranty, the company dragged me through months of pointless troubleshooting—checking filters, swapping hoses, blocking outlets—even though I’d already confirmed there was no pump activity.
The timeline says it all:
Jan–Feb: Sent multiple videos, pump failure confirmed, replacement promised. Nothing shipped.
Feb–June: Stalled with the excuse of needing “another video,” despite proof already provided.
Aug–Sep: Told again a pump was shipped, but tracking has been stuck in “handling” with no delivery for weeks
Rather than resolve the issue, they kept stalling. Unprofessional and exhausting—I would not recommend this company.

Extremely unprofessional, no resolution, chiller broken, NO NOT BUY
I purchased an Arctic Warriors cold plunge only a few months ago, and it has already completely failed. The unit has been nonfunctional for over 4 weeks, showing an E19 error code and not circulating water. Despite providing multiple photos, videos, and emails documenting the issue, I’ve received nothing but delays, excuses, and unprofessional communication.
I was promised calls from their management team that never happened. I’ve called and emailed repeatedly with no real response. At one point, I was told to add their WhatsApp number, only to be contacted at 11pm through a robotic, computerized voice message—completely inappropriate and not how a reputable company should operate.
Even after all of this, they sent me an email asking me to “review” their after-sales staff, who seemed unaware of the detailed evidence I had already sent. This shows a complete lack of internal communication and accountability.
The product failed almost immediately, customer service has been unhelpful, and the company has shown no urgency in resolving the problem. For a high-priced product marketed as premium, this experience is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid Arctic Warriors until they prove they can deliver reliable products and professional customer service.

Good value
I read many of the existing reviews before adding this note. Kernels of truth in all of it based on my experience, which is 2+ months ownership, and one one minor support issue now resolved.
My neighbor has had a version one chiller for almost a year. He did the initial research and so forth. I bought my version two chiller based on his feedback, and knowing going into it that yes it's a smaller company and yes it's made in China.
Out of the gate make sure you compare like products and costs. To get something approaching what I have with Artic Warriors was about double the price from other larger competitors.
I also have an in ground pool at my home, and am familar with the general maintenance required with these systems. The chiller does require some care, and is finicky outside the proper zones. I've found I just need to treat the unit more like a trailer/RV/pool and less like an appliance and everything runs smoothly.
I assume for double the price some of this effort would be resolved with more integrated engineering as the external plumbing/hoses and filtration is where my issues have come from.
That said, my water is plenty cold, clear and clean. The large tub fits me fine at 6' 5'' and is plenty robust.
Cheers.

Worst experience with a company ever!
Horrible company! Do not do business with them. They are all talk w/ the most inadequate customer service imaginable. We are still without a working chiller after 2 months and the last thing they said via email was to hire an HVAC company to replace the refrigerant after only 8 months in use. They will stall you forever with any issues and they dragged us along that by the time the “replacement parts” arrived, the warranty conveniently expired. The replacement parts did nothing to fix the broken chiller. They refuse to honor their “no questions asked” 100% satisfaction guarantee. Co-founder“George” if that’s even a real person replied to other reviews. Meanwhile we can’t get a call back! The BBB couldn’t post our complaint b/c the address they advertise is not legit. Neither are their claims of how great the Chinese made products and customer service are. You would think any company in their right mind would make it right with such dissatisfied customers, but they have zero integrity and will do anything possible to waste your time and money.

bad customer service
I have owned the tub and chiller for 13 months. On month 13 (warranty is 1 year), the chiller stopped working completely. After back and forth with the company, I was informed that the warranty ended a few weeks ago and there is nothing they are willing to do. A new chiller is close to 2k. They weren't willing to help with anything outside the year warranty.

BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!!
BEWARE! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK! This cold plunge is garbage and doesn’t work. Their customer service sucks. Every single 5-star rating for this product is anonymous and fake. I got scammed. I bought the product. It worked for three weeks then died. I sent it back (at a cost of $1070, which they will not reimburse), and have yet to get a refund. They give a good lip service, but no follow-through. I am $4K in the hole. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Find a good American company and make sure the company has a phone number that works! Arctic Warriors shows a phone number on the website, but no one answers or returns calls. Beware, beware, beware!!

Garbage Broken Machine, Won't Honor Warranty
The cooling machine stopped working after around 10 months. I sent videos and pictures of the faulty unit in which they acknowledged. Given that it was within the 12 month warranty, I thought they would send me a new machine. Instead, they sent me a replacement part that required me to take the entire unit apart and work with electrical components (no big deal).
When I took the unit apart, I noticed they sent me the wrong part. I messaged support, and they stopped responding. After multiple attempts to get a response, I decided to come here and warn everyone to stay away.
This is a garbage product and I am pissed that i spent over $2k for a chinese refrigerator that broke in under a year. There are way better American made machines for the same price. STAY FAR AWAY!

I am on my second 1.5 hp chiller
I am on my second 1.5 hour chiller. I live in Montana. I had a PO1 issue ( flow switch error) the process to get warranty is call the call center and they forwarded your concern or problem to the overseas people. Then you have a google drive set of videos to watch then you record yourself and upload the videos. The videos are broken English if there is any words at all so it’s not clear what the reasoning is. Support team will then take my complaint and send it to the engineer on the AW staff. The actual engineer’s for Artic warrior will not respond. As I said previously The unit appears to come from over seas and the arctic warrior staff isn’t an English speaking staff and they are VERY slow to offer any helpful advise or they have just simply ignored me. The first replacement took over a month. This second chiller lasted about a week before the same P01 error and flow / chilling stopped. Shuffling thru the menu to set it up is not very user friendly. In the 4 months I have had these chillers after paying $5k for the whole set up I have had 2 weeks TOTAL of usable plunge time. I filter the unit when I fill it, but still no flow and PO1 issue for the second time the worst part is there is no local staff to check out my chiller, no local meaning in the entirety of the United States at all whatsoever.

Have had it for less than 2 months
Have had it for less than 2 months, spent over $3500, and it won’t work. When it was working it did cool to 37 in Texas summer heat, which is nice. But the filter isn’t that great, and of course now it doesn’t work. I had the pod company tub with chiller before this, and while it did not get as cold, seemed better and much more economical.

Don’t buy this product
Don’t buy this product. I purchased it last July. The first unit came damaged and had a severe leak. They wanted me to fix it myself. I told them absolutely not. After about a week of arguments they sent me a new one. Worked great up until a month ago. It started leaking and I called them to fix it. They asked me to fix it. I am somewhat handy so I gave it a try. Almost a month later it’s still not fixed. I’m not a technician yet for some reason they keep insisting on sending videos on how to fix it but don’t work. I finally went on chat gpt to figure out how to fix it. That fixed most of the issues but it’s still leaking. Now they want me to attempt another fix or call a technician on my own and pay for it. I’m done. Not a chance I’m doing that. I see several other similar complaints where they requested the same but didn’t reimburse the customer for the technician. It’s unbelievable to me that a company could sell a product for thousands of dollars and expect the customers to fix it themselves. I’m about to dispute the purchase with affirm and contact the better business bureau. Stay away. Horrible experience. Had I known they have no system set up to fix the machine I would have never purchased it. I gave it 2 stars because it worked well for a while.

Arctic Warriors Doesn’t Stand Behind their Promised Warranty
Arctic Warriors has completely disappointed me and is a scam. Many other reviewers have shared similar experiences, and Arctic Warriors is not standing up to its warranty. My chiller stopped working after just 7 months. I’ve been exchanging emails with customer service since April and working with their engineers. We finally determined that the refrigerant might be the issue. However, they couldn’t recommend a company to help with this problem and assured me that they would reimburse my costs if I reached out to an AC company.
I did as they asked and ended up spending $600. Unfortunately, they are now fighting me on this reimbursement, and my chiller still isn’t working. Three weeks ago, they said they would replace the unit, but apparently, management and the engineering team haven’t approved it.
This company is awful. While they respond to my emails, it’s clear that they don’t want to stand up to their warranty. It’s a total scam. Please stay away from this product. I’m now out $3200 and have a chiller that doesn’t work.
Also, if you google Stan and George, it’s odd that you can’t find their last names. It’s odd if they’re a reputable company. I waited this long to write this review because I was truly expecting them to stand up to their warranty and product. It’s clear from other reviews that others are having similar issues. I’m planning to build a case and fight for money back.
DO NOT BUY Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge…
DO NOT BUY Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge Products!
Day 22
This company is a master at marketing and does not adhere to their refund policy. I ordered the XL in April, it was delivered in May, and I set it up and loved it for about 2 weeks with nearly daily use. Then, every plastic coupling started to leak. One even broke while I was hand tightening it. This is extremely frustrating for a nearly $4k investment.
After several attempted repairs, I decided to send it back and invest in a higher quality and better rated product (I am not new to cold plunging). I requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) according to their companies’ guidelines and, weeks later, they still have not provided that to me. They advise that if I send the product back without this written approval, they will not process the refund. This is despite their “100 Day Trial” and “complete satisfaction” statements posted throughout their website.
I have been met with delay after excuse after excuse. First, they wanted photos. Then, they required videos. Then, they blamed delays on management and now they are blaming FEDEX. Two days ago, they promised a refund within 24 hours...and nothing. It has been weeks and all I want is to return the product per their guarantees.
Please DO NOT invest in Arctic Warrior products. The couplings on their tubs are very cheap and they will break easily. If you try to get your money back, they will delay and not fulfill their promises.
This is an extremely competitive market and there are dozens of alternatives available. I encourage you to do your homework, find better quality products and ensure you make this significant of an investment with a company that adheres to the basic values of taking care of their customers.
3 faulty chillers
The good - the XL tub is sturdy and comfortable.
The bad - the first 1 hp chiller stopped working after 3 weeks - error code p01. Replacement sent and stopped working after 1 week of use - presumed pump failure. Replacement sent and also stopped working after 1 week of use - again pump failure.
Have attempted for some time now to return the units and get refunded and company has stalled and stalled and is currently not responding to me.
Buyer beware - would not trust this company.
If you're serious about cold therapy, this is the only way to go
If you're serious about cold therapy, this is the only way to go. Absolutely no regrets. It's reliable, powerful and well worth it.
I purchasd the XL bath with chiller.
I purchased the XL bath with chiller. Easy to setup and maintain. For those that wonder if you are sitting in the tub with water, you can lean agains the side of the tub without worrying about it falling over. It is very sturdy. Amazing customer service.
Chinese company, horrific customer service
Do not be fooled, this is not even an American company. Products ship directly from China and their horrible customer service department is also clearly in China. I ordered the cold plunge and chiller on June 5. However, after placing the order, my husband found a different brand he liked better. We decided to research further and came across multiple bad reviews of both the Arctic Warrior products and customer service. I decided on June 6 to call and cancel the order, which I was assured would not be an issue. I received a cancel confirmation email the same day. However, several days later I received a notice that the order had shipped. When I contacted Arctic Warriors to cancel it they said they couldn’t because I didn’t call until June 7, after the order had processed. They only admitted to me that I did in fact call on June 6 after I sent them back a screenshot of their email dated June 6. At this point I notified them I was filing a dispute with my credit card company. They then assured me they would refund me, but to please not file a credit card dispute…the last message I got from them was that they would have “management” review. The product just arrived to my house today and I am furious, as they’re probably going to give me the run around just like everyone else who here has had the same issues. Would give zero stars if I could.
Worst customer service bought items…
Worst customer service bought items haven’t received them keeps telling me to contact usps they wont help me as it has to be shipper. All equipment comes from China had to wait a month to receive it from China do not recommend purchasing from them. Purchased extended warranty that will be a waste as that relies on good customer service which they dont have just lies!
