Priced ok as it was a sale but the pin plug is lose and won't stay in my ear so a waste of money.

Hi Khloe, I looked up your order. Are you talking about the Hoor band you bought for £4? You didn't contact us about this. Everything is guaranteed for a month, so if there was a problem all you had to do was contact us and we would have sorted it out.

A repeat purchase from the wonderful…

A repeat purchase from the wonderful team at Arka.

This time, they went the extra mile by holding on to my order until I had returned from holiday (I lost my plugs during a flight, so needed a replacement pair, and didn’t want them delivered till I returned home)

Arka have always been great when it comes to customer service, Mark, Lucia and the team have a great understanding of customer service, which keeps old customers coming back, and new customers becoming regular old customers.

I don’t buy anywhere else!

Arka is my go to shop for body jewellery so I am a repeat customer and always happy with the quality of product and speedy delivery. I even got a free pair of earrings too, maybe it’s because I forgot to use my discount voucher? Who knows but either way it was a lovely surprise thanks again arka 👍🏻✨
