Completion date was set then 1 day before they contact us to say they haven't received our documents which they requested in June and were sent in June!
No communication and still no completion done.
Absolutely shocking company.

I used Arrow Conveyancing for the sale of my property and the purchase, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Communication was consistently slow with no sense of urgency, even when time-sensitive matters were raised.

Email chains were constantly split or restarted, causing important information to be missed.

The online portal — advertised as a key feature of their service — never worked from day one.

Confidential paperwork was misplaced multiple times, which is completely unacceptable.

We were told over the phone that certain tasks had been actioned, but after checking with other parties, it became clear they had not.

We had to resend documents several times at our own expense and repeatedly chase progress — it honestly felt like we were doing half of their job for them.

For a professional solicitor’s firm, the level of organisation and accountability was far below expectations. The whole process caused unnecessary stress and delays, and I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We moved in September- combined sale and purchase as part of a chain. Kayleigh Malloy was our conveyancer and she was great, we felt really supported and her response time was rapid!!! Thanks for everything Kayleigh

I'm very grateful to Kayleigh Molloy my conveyancer at Arrow Conveyancing for her help with the selling of my property. She has made the experience fulfilling and I would recommend her and Arrow Conveyancing for others to use her and Arrows expertise in house selling.

Sat on my file for weeks with no action. I was told i was assigned a case handler after 3 weeks and chased up due to no communication. I raised a complaint and eventually the owner took over. I asked for a data subject access request and after almost 2 weeks haven't received anything. Whole thing has been a shambles from start to finish, after 9 months I've given up.

She was amazing, always at the end of the phone or email when we had any concerns or queries, we can't thank her and her team enough. Highly recommend this company!!

i found the communication to be severely lacking and no one ever got back to me. They took a lot time with the transaction.

Used to buy my apartment in January 2024 and still chasing for my Land Registration to be completed. I was only made aware of the issue when I called my Mortgage provider a year later, no one in Post Competitions had contacted me to make me aware of the situation. My new Mortgage is due to to commence on the 1st October and my new Mortgage offer even expires in December! I have been chasing this since January, 7 months later and they haven’t replied to my last two emails. Surely the conveyancer should’ve sorted this within 18 months! I am now chasing Land Registry myself.

If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. This company, which we first dealt with under their original name of ehl conveyancing, was absolutely awful from start to finish. Most significantly they emailed me at 5pm on a Friday breezily saying it was a shame our seller had pulled out (she had not) and then putting their out of office on for the weekend with no way of contacting them. Luckily the estate agent called and confirmed that this was absolutely untrue. This caused significant upset and stress weeks away from exchange. We subsequently found out, years down the line, that they failed to secure the original lease of the property, or a satisfactory workaround, significantly delaying the sale of our property while they 'looked in the file' for week after week. They then confirmed they did not have it and have been brushing us off ever since. Avoid and save yourself the utterly false economy of saving a bit of money in the short term but costing yourself a significant amount of stress and financial outlay in the long run.

Kayleigh was very helpful from the start of my dealings till the end of. Nothing has been too much trouble for her , to help me when needed. Very professional

Good communication when speaking with staff. Sometimes felt I had to chase for answers but staff did get back to me.

Lack of communication throughout whole process, required constant chasing, unclear emails from our case handler, forgot to request bank statements etc until the week before completion. Senior solicitor overtook at the very end of the process otherwise probably would have never completed. Would not recommend to anyone else or use again.
