I bought this product last year on a…
I bought this product last year on a Caribbean cruise in Aruba. I bought two and one was empty even after several pumps. I sent an email to Aruba aloe vera which was forwarded to Aruba EU who they kindly sent me a replacement.
This was much appreciated
I only wish the bottle had a view window so you could see how much is in it.

I love the products but not
I love the products. But im not ordering again. I dont know where the problem is with the company or with Fed ex but i never received the 1st order. After contacting the costumer service, they were quick to respond and refered me to Fed ex. Fed ex refered me back to Aruba Aloe after they said i must have received it. The company had to file a repport. They could have done that right after i told them that I never received the package. They send me the package together with my new orderand this time upon request also a trecking number. I wish it was finished here but a few days ago I received a bill from Fed ex thats supposed to be from the Swiss costums since I ordered to Switzerland. The bill ist half of what i payed for the products. Literally. Now i have to deal with that still even though i never saw the package. I guess a second bill is coming for the order i received. As I wrote: The products are great and i would buy more if the shipping process was better.

I absolutely love Aruba Aloe ~ visited your farm on a family vacation and came home with many of your products. My absolute favorite products were the Desert Bloom line. I went to re-order “Desert Bloom” body mist and it looks as though it’s been discontinued ~ instead I ordered it’s replacement - “Island Remedy” body mist. Please, please, please bring back Desert Bloom!!! Island Remedy scent is not nearly as nice & unfortunately very disappointing. Don’t ruin a good thing ! It also looks as though you did a “rebrand” and maybe sold out to another company- I hope not. I love to buy local and small . Not big business. If so~ not as special!

I tried to contact the company to apply a 20% discount as I could not apply it - no answer. I asked about cancelling the order - no answer.
