UPS contacted me to pick up the package in my village!
Having paid £11 postage for home delivery ( also recovering from severe Flu) I was not keen to do this!
The products are good and I have used them since going on my honeymoon to Aruba in 2016.
But there are other body moisturizers, Aveeno and Clinique are good as is Clarins! !
When I contacted this company regarding this they said they could do nothing there end!
Eventually the parcel was delivered to my home!
Just did not need the agro!
I will think twice before ordering again!

At the same time, you're absolutely right that there are many great alternatives available, and we never want the delivery experience to be the reason you consider switching.
