Absolutely SCAM. Never received £30 necklace orders before Christmas 2021. If anyone has a number to contact them please let me know. These sh heads should NOT get away with this.

I would give this shop no stars if I could ordered necklace and bracelet for a present I knew it would arrive after Christmas but nothing showed contacted them they said it will arrive and nothing again tried to contact them no answer so no present and no money back not even a apology nothing

Beware scammers!!! Ordered a personalised necklace in December 2021 Ordered via the link on Facebook... very quick to take my money... After numerous emails and no reply...I received a reply via facebook messenger in Feb 2022.....

Cheap jewellery, the necklaces can be found for a few pounds through Ali express, the colour has already faded and it came in some cheap plastic bag. AVOID.

Terrible jewellery. The chain broke in the joining link the second time I wore it & I take care of my jewellery.. cheap for a reason!!

Ordered for Christmas 2021, never arrived. Emailed and reached out on Instagram, was told they were having maintenance problems and looking to get it fixed. Requested refund and then was blocked.

Do NOT but from this website .. it’s a SCAM ... ordered a necklace in September .. received the item .. which was cheap quality with stickers stuck on .. I requested a REFUND ... in November ... was told I would be refunded ... have had nothing ..
chased in February.. no response..
Tried to chase .. email was non delivered ... as email address no longer exists ....

Would rate 0 stars but there is no option for that. I ordered a necklace a month in advance for my sisters birthday back in January and I never received it! I received a tracking number but it keeps saying it’s not been processed yet. I have emailed numerous times and I have messaged them on Instagram no reply via email & on Instagram they keep telling me that their company has gone under reconstruction which is total lies as there is no timeframe for when my product I paid for will arrive! You can tell a paid customer that I’m sorry our company has gone into reconstruction with no date or solid timeframe as to when my product will be delivered they didn’t even offer a refund that explanation is not good enough!!! Total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM FRAUD COMPANY !!

Absolutely Rubbish company. Scammers . I have ordered personalised Necklace for my friends birthday on January 2022. I Paid £25 and ordered 1 month before her birthday but it never arrived . when I send an email to track down my items they never reply to me . I have sent 5 emails in regarding about my purchase but no respond at all.Totally rubbish company . we need to report this company and file a case about scamming people.Big SCAMMERS! BEWARE!

Ordered a necklace in December with priority delivery and I’m still waiting for it to arrive!! I have no way of finding out what’s going on with my order. I’m very disappointed with this company and certainly wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

Don't normally write reviews and am always very careful from where i order from. Ordered end of December paid the £28 paid and guess what order never received!!! Email received once from them saying site was down due to maintenance and don't know when will be up and running. This company is disgusting!!! From the reviews seems like they pick and choose when they feel like making a piece of jewellery just to keep up appearances and to keep robbing people.
