Avoid i place order in December 2021 didn’t arrive sent email after email ho respond. Finally got a message back though Facebook telling me

Thanks for reaching out to us about your order. We’ve spent the last few weeks assessing what’s been going on, and we really appreciate your patience during this time. Although we’ve been working on resolutions, we still haven’t found a fix, but we are really doing our best to resolve this issue of our system. Hopefully, this will be fixed very soon.
And that is all I get now. No offer of refund or any update of where my order is.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!
Horrific! Ordered a present in November for a birthday in December, still haven't received it at the end of February. Sent numerous emails that are never responded to, phone number doesn't exist. Its a scam! Do not use!!

Absolutely discracefull, ordered a necklace in December , NEVER ARRIVED , sent email after email and they dont reply !! They took my money out though .
They need to be taken to task ! Just pure scam !

Total scammers. Ordered necklace, never came, eventually got email to say transaction didn't go through! SCAM!!! They then took £12.50 from my account. Froze card, informed my bank,got a refund.TOTAL SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered a necklace 16th December and still not received, I've sent numerous emails with no response and now they have disappeared.

I'm doing 1 star because you don't do zero still waiting since 8th of January tried getting in touch get no response emailed and message them no response....

Soo cheaply made. Bought my sister a bracelet for her birthday and was shocked how cheap it felt and the feather charm fell off within the first hour of her wearing it! The company have been making excuse after excuse when they reply to my messages and no effort made to resolve the issue. Soo disappointed as this was meant to be a sentimental gift and feel like it has been spoilt.

I ordered neckless in November and still not received it. Spoken to me once via email said they will chase my order in December 2021. I rarely write reviews but I want to help others from losing money.

Terrible paid £28.00 for necklace on the 16/12/2021 and still not arrived. They did reply to one e-mail offering refund but that was on the 02/02/2022 and still nothing. Why are they still listed on Etsy?

This is tantamount to fraud and needs to be investigated.

Never received the necklace I ordered in Dec kept being there was a processing issue never refunded now disappeared off of Facebook and Web page

This page is fake a order a necklace 01 January 2022 and a email them and never got back to me then a got there number off there website then a woman answer and said this is a dog grooming page

Ordered December still hasn't arrived website is now unavailable can't track my order either have emailed and had no reply

Ordered a necklace for myself beginning of December and still hasn't arrived.
I've emailed and emailed and emailed yet nothing.
I am appalled with their lack of care and customer service.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughters Xmas present on the 11th Dec and I’m still waiting for my order which I’m pretty sure is never going to arrive! I have sent email after email chasing my order and not once have I had a reply. Disgusting customer service the company should be investigated.

I sent you a message regarding an order my daughter placed on the 16th Dec and the post has disappeared and you haven't replied to me. My daughter has also sent you emails and messages and you haven't responded. Please do the decent think and contact me for her details so she can get a refund. Your customer services is appalling.

I ordered mainly because my grand daughter was killed in car crash and her n as me is Arya. But the necklace I ordered with my kids and grands on it is beautiful! I love it!!!

Ordered a necklace in November for a Christmas present. It never arrived. Eventually received a copy of my invoice stating it was 0 balance and I had not paid for missing item.
By pure fluke looking through bank statements ARYA have been taking little amounts from my card over the last few months. Classic fraudsters

Have arya blocked me or can't anyone else get on thier page please?? Xxx
