My son ordered a necklace for me for Christmas, it still hasn't arrived!!!. He has written countless emails requesting information and has had no reply. This is the most appalling customer service and I am very disappointed

Saw the necklaces advertised and ordered one with the personalised beads on placed order over a month ago, my money was taken immediately I was then bombarded with emails and I have since received nothing, the website is no longer there and I’ve had no response from emails I’d sent. I really wish I’d read the reviews on here first before ordering. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a necklace in December after seeing an ad on Instagram. Alarm bells rang when the order confirmation had a spelling error with the Agent name ‘Samatha’ then another one came with Samantha. Still haven’t received the order in February and now their website is unavailable. Looks like we’ve all been scammed! Instagram needs to take this scammers account down.

I’m having the same issue as a lot of other people are experiencing here. Ordered a necklace a beginning of January and still waiting. Sent several emails still no response. I noticed today that their website is unavailable now. Avoid avoid at all costs

I purchased a chain and pendant for my wife for Christmas. The pendant was rose gold but started rubbing off within days of wearing it. The chain is obviously made of a cheap metal as it has now snapped in three places. Three emails have been ignored, and eventually got a reply on Instagram telling me there is no warranty at all! Stay clear of this company.

Steer well clear of this place! Absolute scammers. Ordered a necklace months ago, never came, their phone number doesn't work. They don't reply to you and when they do it doesn't make sense and they do not give you a refund.

Absolute scam! Ruined my wifes 30th birthday, bought a present here from me and the kids for her and turns out its a money grabbing scamming company, I hope they all keep the money and die spending it.

Scam Scam Scam avoid avoid avoid them. Unfortunately, I like other experiences below. I ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago and I haven’t received it yet. I’ve sent many emails and there is no any reply. I asked them for a refund. I no longer want my order. Don’t deal with them please. I will let everyone knows about them. Please report their pages as a scam on social media so we can close them.

Scam company! Exactly the same experience as other customers. I ordered two jewellery items, (15th and 17th December)received no order numbers until I chased and still a month later nothing received. Tried to cancel two weeks ago after reading about their company and was sent generic ‘your order was having a tech processing issue, would you like to be refunded?’ More pointless Instagram messages back to them and finally on the 18th today they asked again ‘do you want to be credited?’ I have already flagged this company as fraudulent to my bank who are looking into it. Do not order from them!! All of their ‘good reviews’ are from the same day and most likely fake.

I ordered a necklace, which hasn’t arrived! I’ve sent emails, a message via Facebook, a message via Instagram. There phone number doesn’t work!
So nothing No order, No communication, just nothing!!!!!!

Ordered a personalized Necklace as Christmas gift, it did not arrive in time for Christmas, which I could let slide given the close proximity (10 days) to Christmas. Unfortunately didn't end there, when it did arrive, looked great but due to poor quality chain it broke in less then 2 hours of wear. From that point, despite trying customer services via email and Facebook, I get either no acknowledgment or "how can I help?" followed by absolutely nothing. Do not deal with these people at all. poor quality and even worse customer service.

Ordered on december 17th. No updates, emailed twice no replies yet continually send me emails to promote themselves/offer random discount codes to buy more when they can’t even deliver what i’ve ordered! Avoid

Very similar experience to everyone else who's product has actually arrived.

Ordered my wife a personalised necklace in early December. It arrived after 4 weeks just in time for her birthday on 5th Jan.

The necklace looked OK and she wore it on the night of her birthday for a total of 3 hours before it snapped off her neck as she was sat down talking to a friend.

Customer services are a waste of time. They acknowledge your email and ask you to send the photo (which was part of the first email!) And then simply you never hear from them again.

When I chased it up on the same email thread they sent a message saying "How can we help you?!"

Shambles. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a personalised necklace for my wife for Christmas on the 17/12/21. While I was hopeful it would arrive before Xmas I wasn't holding my breath. Tracking my order it said "being made" on 19/12/21. Still haven't received the necklace 11/01/22. I called the number on their website. It doesn't work. I've sent 2 emails now with no response. I am contacting my bank to see if I can be refunded.

Scam ! Avoid avoid avoid ! Ordered 5 weeks ago and still has not arrived . After multiple messages and an apparent order status appearing that it is “being made “ I get a message to say my order was cancelled !
Please report , they need to be stopped

Ordered beginning of December for a Christmas present. Messaged Christmas eve to check on what was happening they said there is an error with processing some orders and mine was one of them but should get resolved. Messaged again with another update was just an automated message and not a proper response. Ended up asking for a refund in the end which I'm currently waiting for. I'd avoid this company and not recommend

I ordered a necklace for my partner for Christmas, after 4 weeks I emailed them to ask where it was (advised dates on their website are 2-3 weeks for delivery). They responded advising me I never ordered a necklace but signed up to a subscription (although this is something that does not exist on there website). Since then they have taken £12 from my account. I have emailed them numerous times since and had no response. I was never charged for the necklace and the necklace never arrived however I am left with a £12 direct debit every month for a non existant subscription.

I would give this company a wide berth and no stars if I could. Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered my wife a necklace for Christmas from our son. She wore it twice and it literally snapped off her neck as she was walking from one room to another. After contacting the company and sending them photos etc as requested they denied me a refund or replacement.
Extremely unhappy with this product and service and will never use again. Will be sure to be tell all of my friends and family to AVOID.

I place an order with Aryatreasures at the beginning of December think it would be here in time for Christmas. By the 20th I contacted them for an estimated ETA - no response. I emailed again between Christmas and New year - no response. I emailed a third time in the new year and asked for a updated or I would be contacting my bank for a refund and suddenly I was refunded by them but with no explanation.
Shoddy customer service.

I would advise anyone to give them a miss and look else where.

This is the worst company i have dealt with. Returned an item in november for refund and they ignore e mails. No customer care. Dreadful. No refund.
