Doesn’t even deserve one star! Absolute joke of a ‘company’! Sent me products not as advertised on the website! The product look cheap and tacky! It took them 8 weeks to process a refund. They sent me a replacement (which they also screwed up) even though I have repeatedly told them i want a refund by LAW! They steal people’s money and don’t bother to resolve any issues. How can a company like this still be allowed to operate. Incompetent employees who keep fobbing the issue to other departments. The people running their Instagram have no idea about anything!

Can't give a zero I do not believe comments in here worst customer service either lying saying necklace is sterling silver its actually stainless steel mucked up my order been waiting since 6th September asked for a refund for false advertisement they need reporting its disgusting its allowed no phone number. You have to message through Instagram you fet a Bot message no humans seem to exist they take you're money but will not refund. If I could upload photos I would saying its stainless steel not sterling silver avoid avoid avoid

I got a full refund from Sophie which is only right people don't give up just keep asking good luck

I really don't want to give this company any stars. My order did come eventually but it took 8 weeks!!! Never replied to any emails, only way I got someone to respond was through Instagram. 👎

I found out about this jewelry from tiktok and I am so happy that I did . I ordered a name engraved necklace. I got my sisters name engraved and that makes this more special. Receiving the order was the most special feeling .this is a very graceful and beautiful piece ❤exactly as shown in the pictures 🥰🥰🥰I would recommend this to everyone.

I placed an order for a necklace for my daughter .The item came promptly and well presented.

Beware this is a scam company. Paced an order over a month ago with no sign of my order. Tracking has been saying it’s in transit for over 3 weeks. Emails go unanswered and the phone number on this website isn’t a live number. I phoned the offices where they say they are based and they have never heard of this company. I will be following this up with trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Please AVOID this company at all costs. I ordered a necklace on 19th September and money has been taken for payment but I never received the item. The phone number given on the website does not work. There is no email address to contact them either. Absolute disaster.

I had placed an order at the start of September and still haven’t received it I payed extra for priority shipping I have emailed and Facebook messaged I also tried to call but the number on the website isn’t correct I still haven’t received my order and No one has contacted me
